Worst service ever the shop didn't even tell me the parcel had arrived. When opened wrong size wrong colour and then they had the cheek to say you don't want it ???

Helpful staff, good quality clothes

Great staff, great products.
So we had seen the sales on line and popped in to look in store to look at the coats for my family. On looking at the options my son picked a coat which looked great but was not quite right for him. The staff member then came over to put him at ease and help.hime with the choices available within our price range. She was so lovely, and gave so much effort that my son found just the right thing for him. If it wasn't for her we may have just waited for another day. The product quality never let's us down, but it was the wonderful staff that made the difference this time.
