I was looking for V-neck t-shirts but there were only a couple on display mostly roynd-necked. I commented on this to the store girl and she offered to look in their stockroom to see if there were any... Voir plus
Great range of clothes and the fitting rooms were easily accessible. Got exactly what I was looking for and the staff were lovely and friendly.

Helpful staff
Returned a tee shirt to the shop which I had bought on line, staff were very helpful in helping with ordering an exchange for a smaller size

New Hat.
Popped into ST IVES branch looking for a particular Bucket Hat, not in stock but, young lady assisant looked on line, found hat,said she could order and get delivered to my address. It was delivered in a few days. Excellent service.

Used click and collect, so simple, quick and free delivery to store, which when I collected I was allowed to use the changing rooms there to check item fitted ( it did) but would've given me the chance to return straight away rather than having to go back etc.

In St. Ives and the weather turned cool and damp. So I toured the local stores and found the best fleece and at a competitive price. Staff were really nice.

Easy to place an order on the website. It was also easy to return. I actually tried the exchange option but they refunded the money for my item instead. But apart from that slight inconvenience, the quality of the products are good.
