Bought a blue puffer jacket in store in Stirling. Looked the right size on the peg, tried it on, great fit, bought it - no assistance required. Very happy with the product - stylish, great colour, warm and comfortable. Very happy!

Great experience everytime.
Any time I've been in the Stirling store the staff have all been extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Whether it was helping to find what I was looking for, showing us to the changing room or getting other sizes, they have always been more than happy to help and made it a pleasant shopping experience. Since writing a review about my missing parcel, I have been into Superdry to see if they can help. I received excellent and patient customer service from a very polite assistant in the Stirling.
