Assistant in Stirling branch went out…
Assistant in Stirling branch went out of her way to help us even although it was time to close up. Coat I wanted wasn’t in stock so she ordered it for me for home delivery. There in 3 days. Very positive experience all round.

I could not get a size of t/shirt for my son ,the young assistant checked if they had it they did she arranged for it to be sent to my house .I had that product at my house within 2days brilliant 👍I was in your Stirling branch

Staff very Helpful
Staff very Helpful. Had a great shopping experience and also got the coat I wanted. Had to order on line and collect at a different store than the one I was shopping in, would have been better if the sales person had been able to do it. Less stressful for customer.

Ease of returns
I received order promptly but unfortunately did not fit and I did not like the style. I returned item to local store where a friendly assistant readily processed a refund, I had a confirmation email within hours and money refunded to my account in a few days. Ease of returning was so straight forward- great customer service.
