Nearly lost purchase
Very busy shop and little under staffed when I was buying, the young man was serving two of us, and didn't see any more staff ,i left my purchase to later and went back and there was more staff second time and more helpful and very pleasant

Still waiting for my order to be…
Still waiting for my order to be delivered! Was told in-store where I ordered the item (item not in stock) that I should receive the item within 2-3 days. It is now seven days and I'm told by the delivery company that there is a delay! It was bought as a birthday present which will now be missed. My first purchase from Superdry and likely to be my last....really disappointed.

Parka is not remotely waterproof, barely shower proof.
