marketing without permission
Signed me up for marketing without permission when all I tried to do was make a return, which is in breach of GDPR regulations.
Submitted a complaint to their Data Protection Officer but that got ignored. Next stop is the Information Commissioner's Office, who I'm sure will be very interested in your underhanded methods to solicit consumer information

Good store
The store was well stocked with plenty of sizes. No staff around to ask anything of. Changing rooms very dark.

Return was a breeze
Return was a breeze! I bought a dress that was slightly too small online, took it to the Trafford centre store and they exchanged it quickly and easily for a bigger size. Both store attendants were really helpful and got everything sorted quickly! Love my dress Thank you!
