Online: Able to navigate website easily and purchase my correct size.

Too much stock and not enough room to actually shop.

Process was straightforward, delivery to my address was super.

I was sent a Jacket with faulty zip. I took it to super dry in Trafford centre but two employees refused to believe me. Third employee came over and I had to wear it show them that it was faulty. He agreed and took it back. It was within 5 days of receiving online order. Not happy with the way it was handled. The first two employees had no clue and flat key refused to take it back.

We were sent the wrong item which had to be returned.

The in-store advisor was great and very helpful

I ordered online and the size was a bit big so I returned in store for a smaller size and the sevice was excellent.

Beautiful coat well made great quality. Very stylish. Very impressed. Quick service nicely packaged.

I ordered a jacket for my son, online, and I realised when it arrived that I had the wrong colour. The colour I wanted was not online, but was in the local store.
When I contacted the store, they said they would change it for me with no problem. They then held it for me until I could collect it a few days later.
Delivery was great and quick and the staff in-store were helpful and friendly.

5 Star quality but 4 Star price. Delivery was fast. Quality is fantastic. Sizing is dodgy. sometimes a small fits, sometimes a medium and even sometimes a large. this meant i had to go in store to get the right fitting, and then because they didn't have the right size, i had to order online from in the store. also its black friday week and the staff member made it clear they wont be doing any sales at all. this was kind of dissapointing especially because every other shop in the trafford centre in manchester was doing black friday week deals. Even went cheshire oaks and they had great deals on. so was a bit gutted about paying full price.

that said, cant fault the quality, when you do find the right size, its fantastic.

Superdry offers quality clothing with impressive designs, and my online experience has been quite satisfactory with a good range of jackets and timely delivery. In-store staff are generally helpful and engaging, making transactions smooth. However, there was an issue with a coat order, and the resolution could have been handled better. Overall, a reliable brand with room for improvement in customer service.

Good online buying experience and and an easy return process at a branch for one of the items. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and suggested replacement items.
