Shop experience
I cannot be disappointed with the quality. It make the products a bit more expensive but reasonably expensive. I liked black Friday deals. I only buy products when they have such a deal like black Friday. Everybody was very helpful in the shop. It was great. But they don't have variety of sizes. I had to try on different styles to check the size is good for me. Some of the jackets are quite tight at the arms but I am quite skinny person. So I had to try it out before I buy. I have found the light tricky in the store. There aren't a natural light to check the original colour. I had to take the product closer to the entrance to check the real colour. I'm very happy with my jacket what I bought.

Great customer service at the Trafford Centre store
I was in the Trafford Centre shopping and found a jacket i liked, unfortunately my size was not in stock. The very helpful team member offered to order it for me to be delivered to my home address free of charge. It arrived a couple of days later and i am really pleased with it 😊 The only issue was that the Evri delivery driver left the package outside my door, no attempt to hide if for me like most of the others do. Not superdry’s fault though.

Supersatisfied!
Ordered online and was delivered to the store within three days, tried on and was perfect fit, very happy with it. Am a regular customer, shop is always merchandised to attract all ages, quality is always excellent, good value for money, you provide high end casual and outdoor wear for all ages.

Great shopping experience!
