Friendly atmosphere
Visited the store to buy a jacket for my daughter and I’m very impressed. The staff was super friendly, and the lady at the checkout was lovely and made the whole process easy. Great quality clothes and even better customer service!

My package
My package, worth 200 €, was delivered to a completely wrong address. I didn’t receive any notification, and the parcel was essentially lost. After posting on social media and asking neighbours, I eventually managed to track it down. This is extremely disappointing. Delivery should be handled properly, and you need to work with a reliable courier service.
