Same story as everyone else
Same story as everyone else. Had ordered something on 26/12/25, arrived two weeks after the agreed delivery date on 19/01/26. Had emailed Superdry already to query the delay and never had a reply. Tried it on straight away, it is too small, went to the return portal on the same day I received it and it says I cannot return it. The chat is not manned, FAQ's don't help. You cannot call anyone. Another item I had ordered on a later date got cancelled two days after it should have been delivered, with no explanation. Appalling service from a brand like this. I am shocked that they don't seem to care one bit about all these bad reviews.
Pathetic customer service
I just bought a Superdry Jacket (SUPERDRY_42944100) for roughly £120. After wearing the jacket I noticed that the front of the jacket is going on left side after zipping it up. As soon I walk I could feel the bottom centre zip hitting my left knee. No way this jacket could be worn. I then checked and looked at the website. I noticed the advertisement where the model was wearing this same jacket was also looking odd because the centre zip area was going towards her left knee. In my opinion it could be a manufacturing defect. I contacted Superdry customer care and I was offered a £15 refund in case I would like to keep the jacket.
Really? For a £120 jacket if you want to keep this jacket with a defect you are offered £15 refund on the condition that the jacket would not be returned if I accept this £15 refund or a compensation in other words. I was also told that if I want I can still return the jacket for full refund. I am still in shock. All I was expected to be contacted by their quality check department to say to me that they will be looking into the matter by checking all the similar jackets/ coats.
I am now worried that I will return this jacket and some one will buy it and may go through the same process like me or may get fooled by not wearing it for few days and the return window will close.
I have no words to show my disappointment. It's way beyond how I was expecting a resolution. I am very sad to see this poor standard is customer service. I do not think in future I will be in hurry to go to Superdry store again. This one experience has taught me a tough lesson.

Decent jackets - but wont spend any more money with a company that dupes people into buying from them under false pretetence of cashback
Useless customer services
I bought a jumper and coat which unfortunately were unsuitable. Returned to the Meadowhall store to find it had closed down, there was no notice to say the store would be closing down, the nearest one is over 20 miles away. Contacted customer services they said to post to them with receipt but I had to pay to return the items. I asked if I would get the returns payment refunded due to this not being my fault. I am still waiting for a response. You can’t talk to anyone the phone number they supply doesn’t work and the “live chat” is not manned either.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, in fact actually no customer service. I placed an order on 14th and paid for next day delivery on the 15th which was confirmed and accepted, the item shows as shipped but hasn’t been collected by the carrier and today is the 15th. There is no online chat and none of the phone numbers listed work. Avoid this company at all costs !

Awful customer services
Awful customer services. I bought a product online that the parcel never arrived. I assume lost by Evri. I have emailed customer services countless times and don’t get a reply and haven’t been issued a refund. Will never buy from Superdry again especially not online. And do not recommend anyone to purchase from them.
Late delivery and now won’t allow return
The items I ordered arrived weeks after order because of delays at customs. I now can’t return through the portal as it says I’m outside the returns window despite only receiving the order on Wednesday (today is Saturday). There are no agents available to contact so I have sent an email. I have very low expectations of getting a refund having seen (too late) the other reviews on here. I will update this is if I get anywhere positive. I didn’t even think to check trustpilot as they’re such an established company.
Terrible
Terrible, terrible, terrible! They use Evri for deliveries. Ordered sale goods from them after Xmas and Evri are still apparently waiting for the parcel that superdry say they have. Customer service is 100% AI and just responds to every communication with the words wait until the end of the day. If you respond, they say wait until tomorrow. There is no contact telephone number, no live chat, just a void where their customer service should be. Avoid like the plague.
Avoid any Super dry product with a zip!!!
Purchased Super dry jacket last Christmas 2024. Used that winter with no issues. Cold weather this Christmas and the main zip has failed on the front. Warranty only covers the first twelve months so £100 jacket down the toilet having worn it less than ten times!!!
Would not recommend Super dry.
not fit for purpose
12 days to get any response at all after they lost my parcel. Now have to wait a further 3-5 days for the money to possibly go back on my gift card. Surely a gift card balance refund should be immediate no banks involved
Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Difficulty with return. Unable to return to local store & returns portal won't allow me to change to postal return. I've sent numerous e mails & issue not resolved. Will never buy from Superdry again.

Bought a coat, but can not return it. The returns portal will not except my order number. My emails are being ignored and there are never ever any available online agents. Tried 2 telephone numbers neither which are in use. I would expect this from Temu. I need my money back and will never order from superdry again!!

I have not received my order on Dec 5. It is now Dec 26 with zero updates. I tried all ways(email, chat, support) but there is NO way to reach them. Just printed info no help.
Stay away from online ordering
I ordered an item for next day delivery which you have to pay for and I'm still waiting for it two days on. the service of SuperDry is shocking to say the least. The web chat (which is the only way to contact them) is constantly busy so i have no way of knowing where my item is. There should be an option for ZERO stars.
Super slechte service
Na 17 dagen nog steeds mijn bestelling niet ontvangen. Al weken geen contact met Superdry te krijgen over de status. Alleen hele slechte automatische AI antwoorden als: 'het is 6 november geleverd, kijk rond je huis of bij de buren!' Terwijl ik het pas 30 november besteld heb. Heel jammer deze super(dry) slechte ervaring.

Terrible customer service
A sweater I purchased went missing in transit and was more than 3 weeks delayed. I sent an email about it to customer service and heard nothing back for more than a week. The only other way to contact them is to sit in a queue for live chat, which I spent almost 2 hours doing this morning. Their "resolution" was to (finally) refund my money and offer me 10% off a reorder. I did not find this resolution acceptable after the incredible faff I went through. I politely told the man I was chatting with that this didn't really work for me. He rudely responded "then don't reorder" and hung up on me. The sweater is no longer in stock and can't be reordered anyway. What a waste of time. Super annoyed with Superdry.
