Some issues
The PC looks good, hopefully it will be stable and last long. I gave four stars because of two issues:
1. There was neither my name nor phone number on the address label; the box was just left at the doors of the building. There was no way to understand who should be notified about the delivery;
2. I chose Ubuntu as an OS. A note came with the PC with a user and root passwords, but the root password was actually never set and, of course, did not work.

Hi Dmitri, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback for us.
1. My apologies for the missed name on the shipping label. We had a order entry oversight and missed that. We have taken internal corrective action to reduce the chances of that happening again. I'm glad the computer made it to you and apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused.
2. You are referring to a sheet that contains Linux login information that we include with every Linux build.
The root password on this paper is supposed to be the password for sudo or "superuser do," which is also technically root. It sounds like you assumed it to be a root user password which cannot be set up at launch and it's up to you to set up. But we met about it and could understand the confusion. We acted on this opportunity for improvement and updated our password sheet wording from root to sudo password so going forward there will be no misunderstanding.

Glenn and Rich with SuperLogics are FANTASTIC.
We placed an order for a few LCDS and wanted to set up payment with Purchase Order. Rich was an excellent resource, following up with the credit department around a holiday weekend. He made sure we did not feel forgotten about! When Glenn sent the invoice, he jumped in to assist me in making sure all of our tax exempt documents were loaded into the system and applied to our invoice.
I highly recommend SuperLogics, and will definitely be a returning customer thanks to Rich Constantini and Glenn Ritchie!

From Order to Delivery and Install, everything has been perfect. My only criticism is that SuperLogics does not provide a single disc recovery solution to permit the buyer to restore the hard drive or restore / fix windows conveniently. They give you what you need after the fact if you request it.. Curious. Great box!
