Overall the installation was good and…
Overall the installation was good and the installers very professional, polite and tidy.
I did have an issue with the condition/state of the wall around the front door fan light, after installation was completed. However, Sureseal came to inspect and did a sterling job to rectify this.

Outstanding
We needed to replace all our windows, doors and fron and back porches in December 2024 so contacted Sureseal.
From the first appointment where everything was assessed and qoute worked out, through to communication with the office teams and the installation was so easy.
The fitters were outstanding and certainly knew theyre craft.
We are very please with everything and highly recommend Sureseal.

Great Experience with Sureseal Windows Ltd
I’m very happy with the service from Sureseal Windows Ltd. They did an excellent job installing my windows and French door. There was a minor adjustment needed on the French door, but they quickly sent an engineer to fix the issue, which I really appreciated. The windows and door are excellent both…
The windows and door are excellent both in quality and design. Exceeded my expectations. The sales staff and designers were really helpful and gave attention to every detail. The fitting was carried out to the highest standard and I cannot praise the fitters enough. They were respectful and careful and left everything spotless. I will definitely use Sureseal again and recommend the company without reservation.

Excellent service and great experience
We found Sureseal through an instagram ad for grants for old windows as our 1900s house still had the original single pane windows. One of their sales team came out to chat through our options, and one of the experts came to measure up. It took us a year before we decided to progress, but the quote had only increased minimally which was great.
The team started work on the Monday - two bay windows, a back door with windows and two other windows upstairs. It was a huge job as they had to remove the single pane wooden windows, and also not damage the original coving on the ceilings etc. they really did an excellent job of ensuring the finish was a decent quality, as well as installing really lovely looking (double glazed!) windows. Took them 3 days in total, so also a super quick job. They kept the house as clean as possible throughout too, so we didn’t have loads of cleaning to do after the fact.
Their service and aftercare in particular has been excellent. There were couple of minor things that needed to be finished off after they left, and the team were excellent at keeping in touch and finalising these things.
We were really keen to use a local Welsh company over the huge national companies, and I think because of that we got excellent service, really good quality and a good price.

Lack of Communication & customer care but Great Installer
Ordered windows end of Feb, they have only just been installed (September). No updates throughout about the delays, I had to chase them to know they had an issue with one of the windows. Was supposed to be two person job for two days of work they said. The Friday before the start date on the Monday, told now a one man and four day job.
That guy, Alan, is the one saving grace for this company. Proper grafter, polite and friendly, also patient with little people asking questions. Done a great finish on all the windows and worked around our family life without issue.
Was binned us off after a further quote for more windows (as wanted to keep the style uniformed), going to look elsewhere.
*EDIT*- Since this post Sureseal have done the upmost to apologise and get to the root of the issues I experienced and been incredibly reactive to provide an affordable solution to a future window install quote. Even offering to co-ordinate with our builder (garage conversion on the cards).

New door and windows fitted.
We had our new door and windows fitted recently and couldn’t be happier with the service. The fitter arrived on time, was extremely professional throughout, and did a fantastic job with the installation. Everything was done efficiently and to a very high standard.
What really impressed us was how tidy he left the house afterwards! It made the whole experience stress-free from start to finish.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality door and window fitting.

Would recommend
The service was great throughout the process, from first consultation to fitting.
The person who came to talk me through my options was knowledgeable and talked me through all of my options.
I was working from a family home during the fitting of my windows and door, but was kept informed of the progress the entire time. When I went home afterwards, I was given my keys and advised that if there was any issues, not to hesitate to reach out.
I'm happy with the service and products received and I fully intend to use this company again when renewing the windows and doors at the back of the house!

High quality at an affordable price
Very pleased with our new windows and front door. The quality is first class - don't get me started on the ultra high security front door. I have had a lot of comments from passers going by my house! The fitting went really well and the fitters were great. Very friendly but professional and kept me up to date with the process along the way. Have recommended to friends.
