Absolutely shocking service and dodgy company. Travelled an hour to look at what sounded like the perfect car. Having read previous reviews I even phoned to check all was ok and the car was there and ready. Arrived to be told the car wasn’t there as it wouldn’t start. Salesman just shrugged his shoulders and couldn’t care less to the point of being really rude. All cars there looked filthy. Totally dodgy outfit. Trust the other reviews and avoid like the plague!! Wish there was a zero star option.

We drove nearly an hour to be told that the car wouldn’t start, despite phoning in the morning to check that everything was ok. They said it was coming from a different site, which has to be a lie or how did they get it on site? They truly didn’t care. Many of the cars were dusty and dirty also. Be careful with this garage, many people have had the same experience!

Went to visit to look at a bmw 1 series, I thought the car was up for a good deal so called the dealership and paid the £250 deposit to reserve the car. When we turned up the car was presented awfully was filthy dirty no care in making sure it was clean before having us turn up,(knowing we paid £250 to reserve it) seeing this was an immediate red flag. After looking round the alloy wheels were in awful condition never seen alloys look so badly scuffed and corroded. Inside condition was ok condition still not great, I started up the car and noticed the gearbox was shaking which wasn’t right and immediately had a bad feeling about the car. The car was certainly falsely advertised,and I dread to think what would have happened if I did purchase it after looking at the some of the other reviews this dealership has had. Anyway, After looking round for a few moments a man that worked there saying he bought the cars, I asked him how many owners the car had he coincidentally had no idea how many owners the car has had after asking him? Which seemed very strange and shady I would assume the car probably had about 6 the way it was presented! All in all, I would avoid this dealership no care or pride in the way the cars are presented to customers very shady dealership!

Avoid this company at all costs, was going to purchase a car from them which was 3 hours away, I asked about the MOT advisories and they said they do not fix any advisories so it would have been sold with 2 perished tyres. Asked if the cam belt had been done as it was due on age and they said it hadn't been done and they don't do cambelts. I asked if there was any wiggle room on the price due to the car needing at least £1000 worth of work immediately after I drive away and was told no and I didn't have to buy the car if I didn't want it. Totally unhelpful staff. I also found out the mileage advertised online was less than on the clocks and they listed it on 12th July and took a finance agreement out on the car on the 13th July. They listed it early purposefully so it would pass the HPI check on auto trader. I contacted another company about the same car and asked about the cam belt etc, once they confirmed it had not been done they immediately told me it would be done as a part of the sale and apologised for it not being done - absolutely day and night compared to this scammy company. Plus it took me 2 days to get my 'refundable' £250 holding fee back. Save your money and go to a reputable company, Im so glad I realised early enough to not buy from them else I would have been £13000 out of pocket for a car that is not of satisfactory quality.

Avoid Surrey Car Specialist – complete waste of time and money
Drove nearly 2 hours to view a car that was advertised with a full service history and a long MOT. When I got there the reality was completely different: only 2 months of MOT left and a big gap of almost 30,000 miles in the service history.
Asked for a proper test drive and was only allowed to go half a mile because the car had virtually no fuel in it. Impossible to properly check how it drove or if there were any issues. On top of that they said there is no guarantee.
The interior was full of animal hair and stank.
They should not be advertising cars this way. Total waste of a long journey, time and fuel. Would not recommend.

I drove for over an hour to view a vehicle as part of an arranged viewing. When I arrived the car was covered in dirt and dust and was parked up against other vehicles. When it was pulled out it became clear there was significant damage to the driver's door, despite being assured the vehicle was in good condition. On the so called 'test drive' I was directed around a route that was a only a few hundred meters, barely enough to get into 3rd gear. Completely disinterested staff. Not what I would expect for a £10-15k purchase.

made the whole experience both professional whilst good fun and interesting.
Although we spent a long time there we were able to get the vehicle of our choice. There was no pressure to buy which is one of the best parts of the experience. If I encounter a pushy person I will walk away.
This was a very good interaction and we were happy with all the help we received which enabled us to go home with a really nice car.
I can thoroughly recommend going to this company if you are looking for a nice vehicle.

Honestly the best experience, fantastic service and couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. I've always found looking at cars and car sales to be quite daunting. This was everything but! James is a superstar who made us feel at ease instantly. All the guys were just great! No pressure at any point, happy to let us look round and in various cars at at our own pace. Extremely accommodating
