Amazing and reliable service. We bought 2 holiday cottages via auction with Sutton Kersh and they were brilliant, professional and communicative throughout. We had never bought via auction before so they were awesome in answering our newbie questions. Highly recommended!!

I had to move house in a hurry and find rented accommodation. Not always straightforward. Jackie handled my initial enquiry in a manner helpful and polite. Abby then maintained that same ethos through viewings of properties and subsequent negotiations with landlords, even helping me to fill in the forms for credit and reference checks. I’m now in a position to move into a new home that I’m very happy with. Excellent quality of service from Sutton Kersh.

Absolutely terrible! Meself my wife and daughter was ment to move into the property 17th (6days) after waiting weeks going through the application and checks to have our dreams shattered to be told 6 days before collecting keys that we can not have property as owner not letting them rent it 😂 bad excuse just wanted money. My daughter is heartbroken she’s 8 😩😢 I would not wish this on anyone please be aware. 0 star rating never mind 1

I’m writing this review to express my surprise and disappointment with the service I received, especially since this was my first experience. I drove 20 to 25 minutes to the address, only to be met with a no-show. I had planned my day around our appointment, including another house viewing, which I ended up being late for. Additionally, I had to spend an extra 25 minutes driving to the Wirral, resulting in a total of approximately 1.5 hours wasted—time and petrol that could have been avoided.

What’s even more frustrating is that I tried calling twice the day before to confirm the appointment, but my calls went unanswered. This lack of communication left me feeling disappointed and let down.

I strongly believe that situations like this could be handled differently in the future by providing clear and timely communication, especially when plans change. Based on this experience, I would not recommend your services to others

I had arranged a booking last week to view a property. Unfortunately they had no availability until Friday but I was all booked in.

Yesterday on right move I happened to see that the property was now sold! No phone call or email from Sutton kersh to inform me of this and so I called today to check it was sold and why I hadn't had a call! I was told I would have at some point which I can't say I believe at all. They had the time to update right move and 2 days later still no call for me to tell me it was sold.

I would have turned up to the property with nobody there.

The woman then had the cheek to ask whether I would like her to look for other properties with them. No thanks, I won't be booking to see any properties with this estate agent. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Sutton kersh are an amazing company by far the best I’v experienced. I sold my house recently with SK west derby & they couldnt have done enough for me. All questions and enquires was answered with no problems what so ever, The manager Mark was so professional. I would 100% recommend & would use again.

Our experience with Sutton Kersh has been extremely disappointing. We expected a professional and transparent service when letting our property, but this was not delivered. Communication has been inconsistent, and key details were either misrepresented or not disclosed, leading to unnecessary stress and complications for both us as the landlord and the tenants looking to move in.

There was a clear lack of transparency throughout the process, and their actions limited our options without proper consultation. Additionally, we felt unsupported in resolving issues, with poor handling of tenant relationships adding further frustration.

Overall, the service fell far below the standard we were promised, although resolved in the end we feel very let down by their approach. We would not recommend Sutton Kersh based on our experience.

We went there for a mortgage advice (which costs around £500 and we're willing to pay).

We expend 1 hour hearing how good they're and why we should choose them.

The person promised an email so we can send our docs same day and guess what.. we got ghosted.. no emails or phone calls..

I'd call them twice since then but the person responsible are aways busy...

If they don't wanna help, they should at least give us a call and let us know (we don't expect a reason, just a friendly phone)

I don't believe stop answering phone calls is something business should do...

I went to view a property on Romer Road in Kensington. I filled an application form out and asked how much will the landlord increase the rent for in the coming years. Someone at the reception told me they were going to call the landlord and get back to me two weeks ago. I called several times for an update and I was told they will get back to me only for me to call again today and get told that the property has been given to somebody else and about to move in.
Nobody in the department had the decency to contact to let me, and I was thinking I have got a property and already given out my notice to my current landlord. Very awful and unprofessional behaviour. Never using this agency again and I tell people to be careful.

Not impressed, glitchy system of registering, once I registered and submitted funds they called to say as the account is in joint names, therefore my wife must also do an id check, I have already wasted too much time on this so won't bother and will buy elsewhere

Trying to actuation a house number 2 Hanford avenue Orel park L9 Walton looked first time it was a 4 bedroom checked the next day it was a 2 bedroom had a look the day after now it’s a 3 bedroom phoned for information didn’t no nothing about the property went and had a look out side clearly needs under pining shop looks good in pictures but up close really in need of some instant repair work down as being a great property they don’t no nothing at all about it find it a bit inconvenient and time wasting that I can’t view the property and clearly lying about the condition waste of time a wouldn’t even bother with the estate agents not wasting no more time with them be cautious when dealing with this firm

Having already had my original viewing appointment moved by Sutton Kersh after an already agreed schedule. I was phoned 5 minutes before the rescheduled appointment, while I was waiting outside the property, to be told that the agent from Sutton Kersh was running late. When I asked what time they would turn up, I was given a very vague response with an “about” time, which obviously just isn’t good enough. On further pressing for a time I was then told about half an hour. I was also told that two other people had cancelled their viewing appointments and I could reschedule for the following Monday if I wanted. I then said the obvious, other people cancelling their viewing appointments had nothing to do with me. This was obviously a tactic by Sutton Kersh to get me to accept the cancellation of the viewing appointment and to arrange for the following week. This is not just completely out of order with respect to messing me about, after I had obviously had to make time for the viewing but it’s also a terrible service on behalf of the person selling the property.

The staff at the city branch are lovely. They helped us to rent our flat with ease! Thank you Annabelle!

The worst estate agents and experience I’ve ever had. Over two years and my property still has not been sold. Let down again as another sale fell through from checks that should have been done at the beginning of the sale. Terrible advice given on many occasions, knowing I am paying through the nose for an empty property. Do not let these time wasters sell your property. Unbelievable and awful company. Only interested in auctions as that’s where they make their money. Extremely annoyed with this allerton road branch in Liverpool

I am an investor, called to book an appointment to view a property ( black horse lane, Liverpool. Unhelpful rude female on the phone. Good luck for the sellers as they are not accommodating. Also they are closed over the weekends.

I 100% would not recommend this company. I have been dealing with Adam Baldwin who has all of a sudden stopped contacting me. I simply let him know what dates would be available for them to do a valuation of a property I’m selling. The communication is so poor. Worse than poor as I’ve had none. I’ve even sent a follow up email twice, rang them (always goes to voicemail) absolute worst company. I’ve since contacted another estate agent who have answered right away and booked me in there and then for a property valuation. Awful company, avoid if you can!
