Put in to view a property that has been reduced, so they are obviously struggling to sell. Wait time to view the property is 7 days, despite that fact I literally work across the road from the property. Really wouldn't be happy if I was the vendor and knew there were such delays at viewing my property

On top of this, they didn't even have a record of lease and service charges

Really poor

Very unprofessional behaviour, tried to schedule 5 viewings and they never confirmed even 1.
Just avoid.

Had a nasty surprise when I completed on an auction property. The small print in legal pack said I was responsible for sellers legal and auction fees without any amounts specified. Upon completion the fees I was expected to pay equated to £5500 or 12% of the purchase price which is extortionate. I had the option to forfeit my 10% deposit or complete at that point. In other words, I had no choice but to complete. Although legal, this is completely unethical. BEWARE

Sutton Kersh is just another company trying to bully and scam its less informed customers. I have never seen a company try and be so dishonest with their customers to the point of just lying in order to try and squeeze profit out of me. Their agent tried to force me to stay after a fixed term tenancy was over by trying to convince me it was the law that we give a month's notice, or they would still charge us this month's rent. All of which isn't true and was just a pathetic attempt to extract more money from their customers. When questioned about this they continued to try and defend their position that we had to pay, and it was only when I got a solicitor involved they backed down. They also lack basic knowledge of the housing act and become rude if not hostile when it is quoted to them. Overall, if you want an estate agent you can trust this is not the place, be very wary as they will try to get money off you in any way they can and display a lack of professionalism.

Only experienced them as a potential buyer, but certainly wouldn't trust them to sell a property. The sale process was badly managed and more complicated than anything else I experienced before. They asked for ridiculous amount of data and in the same time didn't bother putting together a simple legal pack for the property to contain mandatory items like current leases, etc.

Absolutely awful avoid at all cost!

Ignore emails
Leave you with damp for 7 months before even considering anything

Worst estate agents I have ever encountered. We want to view a property and they do not respond to any attempt to contact them either by phone or email. I would think twice about placing the sale of my property in the hands of someone who is not interested in getting potential buyers in.

Awful expect £100 management fees per month for a none working security gate, gardeners mowing a already short lawn and window cleaners to appear once every year. Biggest rip off merchants.

I totally disagree with big companies selling our Welsh heritage to people who have no intention of living on these premises all year round, therefore leaving a tragic amount housing shortages for people born and bred in the area
