Hello, the item.i.bought arrived as promised. The colour was lovely. Sadly the quality not as good as expected fir the high price. The lycra isn't great and the underlying material keeps coming out whilst using it. I couldn't really relax and had to keep adjusting it. I can't recommend it as overpriced for the quality.

I ordered a bikini from this company. When the package was delivered it only contained a bra I hadn’t ordered. I returned the bra and I had to go out to buy a bikini as it was a present. The company gave refused to offer any compensation and had the cheek to tell me they would refund the delivery charge as a goodwill gesture! Apparently I was expected to pay for the delivery of something I had not ordered. It’s all been very disappointing and I post this to warn others of the perils of buying from Swimwear365.

Have used this company before, no problems but his time terrible. A missing parcel refused at first to give me a refund, the items hadn’t even been dispatched. It took an email and loads of phone calls before they said they didn’t have the items anymore. I don’t know if it’s a different company who own it now but the one item that did arrive was poor quality.it has put me off using them again

Just ordered a t-shirt from this company. Was quite shocked to see delivery was £4.49. However, it got worse. Delivery 7 days. Very much regret ordering it now but will gain nothing by cancelling the order now.

I have never had such a bad experience I paid for next day delivery EVRi night mare and the way this has been handled 4 days late is terrible just keep getting emails saying sorry be patient
Awful to deal with no one to talk to

Like many other customers are reporting on this website, I am being refused a refund. I bought a number of items on the website - returned some. This was over a month ago and I have not received a refund. They are claiming they cannot locate the items (returned using their address label and courier) and are saying they are investigating but will not respond. I now have no refund and no products. I will never purchase from this company again and would not recommend them.

Ordered a tankini from swimwear365 , item arrived and it had clearly been worn , there were sweat marks in it and dry skin particles.I understand that people may try items on and then return them but no attempt was made to sanitise clothing before it was resold . Absolutely disgusting. I used online chat to complain about lack of hygiene procedures , I was told it would be looked into as a matter of urgency but still awaiting a response almost two weeks later . Terrible experience, awful customer service will never use this site again .

Ordered a tankini, briefs arrived and I was informed matching top no longer available. The printed design matched nothing else so I sent the briefs back. I was asked to pay postage, I refused as I believe they should not offer a 2 piece when the top is not available. Expecting me to pay for return postage is sharp practice. Icing on cake? I spent almost 3 days online looking for a Tankini, by the time they sent the briefs. I had less than 2 weeks to my holiday, and no swimwear. I closed the account.

I bought two beautiful tankini tops and two pairs of shorts in different sizes expecting to return one tankini and one pair of shorts. I’d read the returns policy first to make sure I could return, and it was free of charge so I went ahead and bought more than I needed. It proved impossible to contact anyone and I then came on Trustpilot to see what reviewers were saying. I became so convinced that I’d been scammed that I went as far as cancelling my bank card. Then they all arrived and even whilst I was opening the package I was telling myself to expect some crummy replacement, like reviewers had said. Well the tankini tops were exactly what I hoped for. They fitted perfectly and looked really beautiful. Both shorts were too big so I decided to keep both tops and return both shorts. I repackaged the shorts in the original wrapping and posted them back the same day. Within three days I had an email confirmation that the shorts had been received and the money would be back in my account in 3-5 working days. The money was back in my account four days after that email. I don’t know if I’ve just been lucky but apart from the difficulty in contacting anyone everything has run perfectly. I can’t wait to go swimming in my beautiful tops.

Following my previous post. Firstly I cannot speak to customer service, no phone contact number. I have received numerous emails, the last yesterday. This email asked for bank details to refund the £3.99 a definite no. The mail then proceeded to ask if I would like the company to re- issue check. The first if it was sent didn’t arrive, that was over a month ago. I was of the opinion that refunds should be returned to the original payment method….in this case credit card. Can anyone advise? Once again thank goodness the amount is small.

Item ordered and returned due to poor quality .. a month later I still have no refund

Ordered a Swimdress from Swimwear365. The item was different in pattern and colour on the top so wanted to send it back. First of all, you should know your legal rights when dealing with them. You have 28 days to start a return process with them but their policy is set to 14 days which is already alarming as it suggest you need to fight for your legal rights.
Secondly, they make it almost impossible to send the item back as they are working with Evri who are the worst of all as everyone knows as they never show up. The only way to contact Swimwear is via chat and their chat agents often are hard to deal with as the only thing they can say is that they book the collection for you but in practice there is no trouble shooting service available. completely useless.
All in all i had this one experience with Swimwear and it is negative. the Product is not what it looks on the picture and the customer service is not really effective. It's a nightmare to deal with them and so I decided now to never again order from this company.

REFUND WARNING! This company doesn't like giving refunds. I ordered a number of swimwear items in a couple of sizes because I wasn't sure how the fit would be. However I didn't like the quality or fit and returned them all the next day and receipt of goods acknowledged. One month on and after endless emails telling me they've processed the refund I've not received anything. They're now trying to claim that the credit card company is the problem. Unbelievable. Customer service is atrocious.

Having found the bikini top I wanted, there were only 2 sellers I could find, one being Swimwear 365, neither had good reviews. I'd previously ordered from Swimwear 365 and don't recall any issues so opted for them. I paid for next-day delivery, the item was as expected, excellent quality, and the delivery arrived before the email confirming it was on its way did. I hope my review helps others to order as my experience was excellent.

I ordered a item on 25 September and informed by courier it was delivered on 27 September however when I got home there was no sign!! Courier was Evri (formally Hermes) they are rubbish never put items in safe place even though requested!!
I contacted 365 swimwear on 29 September informed me they would start investigation, I am still waiting!! Last time I spoke to them I was cut off 4 times.
If I receive refund I will not use them again.

Appalling delivery and customer service - ordered (and paid for) next day delivery. Parcel was apparently packed and ready to be sent a few hours later - it's now 5 days later and it's still not been put out for delivery. Customer services can't (won't) help - and they refuse to cancel the order..

Very poor service. Ordered a bikini for my wife but contacted them 15 minutes later to adjust the size.

They couldn’t/wouldn’t do it so I asked to cancel instead.

Was told that my account would take 24/48 hours to “appear” on their system to allow them to do that?

Since I’d asked for next day delivery I could not see how that worked!?

What company these days has a system that doesn’t update accounts/orders in real time.

Not sure if or when the bikini will turn up but it will go straight back.

Wasted 30 minutes of my life on their chat system with a less than helpful agent.

Purchased a number of items from them which were unsuitable. Returned using Evri which shows the items were delivered to them on 21 July. Nearly 3 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund. I've been told they are 'investigating'

I ordered a pair of tankini shorts on Wednesday evening & they arrived on Friday morning.
The shorts were exactly what I was looking for.
Very pleased from start to finish (My only negative was that none on the in-date voucher codes worked & had to pay full price).
