Ordered in one go and they’ve sent it out in 3 different parcels. All I have is one pair of bikini bottoms. Another order of 5 items shows as “delivered” funny as I was in. I looked at the tracking and it’s a photo of the package zoomed in you can’t even see the name or address just a Jiffy bag which was probably on the drivers van when taken. No photo of the door it was “left” at or the so called person. This is clearly theft from myHermes and I’ve reported it. Why not send all the items together I go on holiday on Saturday and all I have is one pair of bikini bottoms and nothing else. Beyond a joke. Good luck to the delivery guy who thought it was worth risking his job for my swimwear.

As we are finally able to go away on holiday I wanted a new bikini. I really like the Lascana bikinis which fit well and are always good quality and true to size (despite being quite expensive). I sent for two and have kept one of them, which I'm really pleased with. Great service, as always.

I was looking for a well fitting bikini/tankini and found the Anya Cruise tankini top and matching pants. I ordered them on the Saturday and they were posted to arrive on the Tuesday. The pants fit perfectly and the top, although a little awkward to get on (due to moulded cups and bra fastening at the back under the top), once on fits really well and is very flattering. I would definitely recommend for both the quick service and good quality product.

Placed a first order. Noted a few days later that it was not on my account so could not track it. Used chat but my request to update me fell on deaf ears. Some days later still no change so used chat again and told agent to cancel order. Next day had email from courier to say they had received a parcel for me, delivery in two days. I then rang customer service and told them to cancel delivery as I no longer wanted it. Was led to believe this had been done. Today courier appeared with parcel which I refused to accept. If only customer service had listened and actioned my request!! I will no doubt have problems with the returns. Very very poor service

The tankini top was lovely but the separate black shorts were badly sized and badly made sent them back. On the plus side it came very fast and the shorts were collected on time wish there was a half star for that.

Great items in stock, especially the Lascana, always plenty to choose from for my holiday clothes, I have used this for the last few years. I have just ordered a dress and the quality was lovely but it wasn't right for me, I think using size 12 models might help as this is the general size of the orders I imagine and I do not have the figure of the models sadly!
