Twice tried to book service for RT…

Twice tried to book service for RT 1200, at Peterborough Motorrad, second time assured me they would call back ,nothing…… very poor customer service, maybe after sales service isn’t much of a priority , go elsewhere !

Paul at Sycamore couldn’t have done…

Paul at Sycamore couldn’t have done more for me when he supplied my new S1000XR yesterday. It was a last minute request and he got me a bike ready with 24 hours. He was so enthusiastic and all the other staff were really helpful and gave me loads of advice. Paul even filled the bike up for me.
I can’t fault them at all and would highly recommend them. Thank you

I ordered an item through this…

I ordered an item through this platform, and honestly, it has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. According to the information provided on the website, the item was supposed to be delivered today. Because of that, I organized my entire day to stay at home and make sure I didn’t miss the delivery. However, what happened was completely unacceptable and showed a total lack of professionalism from the company.

I didn’t receive any notification, email, or message informing me about a delay, a shipping issue, or any change in the status of my order. The delivery simply never arrived. After waiting for hours, I decided to check the tracking information to see what was going on. To my surprise, I found out that the order had been canceled and returned to who knows where, without any explanation, without any prior notice, and without any form of communication directed toward me as the customer. They left me waiting the entire day for absolutely nothing.

This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of seriousness and respect for the customer’s time. It takes no effort at all to send an automatic message, an email, or any kind of alert when something goes wrong or when a package won’t be delivered as expected. Instead, I received no information, no updates, no options, and no product that I had paid for. Having to investigate the situation myself only to discover that the company had canceled and returned the item is simply unacceptable.

Beyond the wasted time, the frustration, and the inconvenience, the most concerning part is the total lack of accountability and transparency. A company that operates this way cannot be considered serious or reliable. Communication is one of the most basic pillars of customer service, and here it was completely nonexistent. No notification, no explanation, no apology. Nothing.

For all these reasons, I do not recommend this company for any purchase. They don’t meet delivery deadlines, they don’t inform customers when there are issues with an order, and they show no sense of responsibility or professionalism. There are many other companies that respect their customers’ time and money, and that at least have the decency to communicate when a problem arises.

My experience has been entirely negative and disappointing. I truly hope they improve their service, their communication, and their reliability, because at this point they fall far short of even the most basic expectations.

daylight robbery

I visited the Sycamore harley-davidson in wolverhampton for a throttle cable repair on my XG750. I was charged over £600 for this. When I told a friend who is an enthusiast of motorcycles, he couldnt believe me. I knew I was being robbed, and my son who was with me couldn't believe his ears. Being a 9 ether woman, they saw an easy target, and the most terrible thing was that there were non-9ether women working there. I would rather leave my harley to rot than go back to these daylight thieves. I was told to involve trading standard but I just couldn't be bothered being the busy bee that I am. Avoid this place, specially if you are a 9-ether woman or man. Awful experience.
