Emergency help after scam support service

I had mistakenly signed up for what I thought was a legitimate remote support service, and then found I was being "up-sold" additional tests, software, licenses etc. that were either unnecessary, or should have been free. I needed prompt help to clean and reset my computers, and Paul provided it on the same day.

SysFix IT Support LTD are simply the best…

SysFix IT Support LTD are simply fantastic, very professional & I would highly recommend them to anyone like myself who knows very little about anything to do with the IT world ! If you have any kind of computer problem then these are the people I would go to and strongly recommend. Thank you SysFix.

Very happy with continued excellent support

Very happy with continued excellent support from SysFix. They always respond quickly and resolve any problems for me. This is a life saver as I run my own business and don't have time to spend on IT issues. Also, they are always polite, even when I feel like I'm asking silly questions. Highly recommend.

SysFix IT remote support

My thanks to SysFix IT remote support and, in particular, Paul for his diligence and thoroughness in solving complex issues with my PC’s email. The response was prompt and the work completed on the same day that I contacted SysFix. I will certainly continue to use them for any future PC issues I may have.

Had several minor issues with PC

Had several minor issues with PC, and after emailing Paul he came to my address the following day and sorted everything out. Very pleased with the speedy professional service. Will use again if I get stuck! Thank you.

Highly recommend

Paul was great at working through some remedial work when our network of Virgin Hub, Draytek Router, Unifi wireless network, Netgear and TPLink Switches all connected by a myriad of cables went wrong. He was extremely knowledgeable and showed resilience and patience as the whole operation was carried out remotely on equipment he'd never seen before.

Next time I need some IT issue resolving I'll immediately call Paul.

Highly recommend.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We have used all the equipment you mention before, most on a daily basis as we're a UK authorised Draytek Partner. Ubiquity kit is quite high end and seldom does this kit crop up in a home environment. I'm glad everything is working well for you. For any further IT Support, please don't hesitate to contact us.

I could have mucked about for a long…

I could have mucked about for a long time trying to find a solution my self but decided to try these guys to get it done quickly and without doubts. Paul did the job I was looking for. Remoted into my machine, we talked around what I needed and the solution. Got it done in an hour. Would recommend to a friend.

fast And efficient It support

My computer was refusing to connect to my printer and also needed to be assessed. Marley came out within 24 hours. He was very punctual, polite and Knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. Most of all the problem was fixed and he gave very good advice about wether it was time to upgrade or not. I will definitely be using sysfix again for any future techie problems.
