At Sytner BMW Maidenhead I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Imran Qureshi - service advisor, Mark Symons - service manager and for many years I have known Mustafa Sharif in his capacity as service driver. These gentlemen are shining examples and role models of being able to provide world-class customer service. The reason behind this is their patience, their tolerance and their flexibility in providing a cost-effective service, knowing that the car servicing industry is a very competitive market. As a disabled customer, sometimes I have specific needs; for example, having my car picked up and dropped off is it a real absolute convenience for me and makes life easier.

Over the time that I’ve been dealing with the service department in Sytner BMW Maidenhead, I have been able to build a relationship with the team, they know and trust me and know my requirements and vice versa I trust them to give me a thorough and cost-effective service.

There are many independent companies that can service all brands of cars and the Sytner BMW Maidenhead servicing team led by Mark realise this, and provide discounts where relevant and appropriate. Customer service is not just about being polite, its also about tailoring your service according to different customers needs and this is what Imran, Simon and Mustafa are good at - even when put under pressure by myself as I compare prices from other companies, they never failed to stop smiling, have patience with me and always give me knowledgeable answers. Bmw taplow have said that there not a bmw they are aa third and using the (bmw) there a bunch off cowboys that don’t have clue what they’re doing zero customer service and highly recommend to stay away !!!

We were looking to move away from WV Golf after owning 3 in the last 12 years so considered a BMW 1 series as an alternative option, we're so glad we did. We made an appointment with Caolan who was absolutely first class from start to finish, he even phoned us while we were searching for somewhere to park during their busy sales event to advise us of some additional parking, he then came out onto the forecourt to welcome us to the dealership, he certainly made a positive first impression. Once inside Caolan supplied us with endless fresh brew coffee while he listened patiently to 2 people who knew nothing about The BMW brand, models or specification, that soon changed as we test drove 2 vehicles and returned a couple of days later to test drive a BMW 128Ti which was our final choice. We met a couple of managers during our first visit, they listened to our needs and supported Caolan with the options to sell us the car with none of the usual hard sell on financial packages that I've experienced at other car dealers over the years, how refreshing! Caolan continued to support us with regular updates while our car was being manufactured in Germany and we made several specification changes before the final cut off, he even sent us a link to a virtual mock up of our car that we saw on the large monitors in the well equipped showroom so we could view it from home, nothing was too much trouble. On collection day Caolan greeted us and continued to maintain his excellent levels of customer service by completing all the formalities without issue and showing us around the car, he even set up the interactive services on the car and my phone, I really can't thank him enough, he made buying a BMW an enjoyable experience, thank you.

Roche-Davidson. BMW Maidenhead is not near me as I live in Northampton. I initially contacted that dealership to enquire about a used car that was advertised but it was not available. Caolan dealt with my enquiry, So when I decided to buy new I continued to deal with him as I was impressed with his service. My dealings with him through the purchase process were remote due to domestic circumstances and everything went perfectly smoothly.

This is the fifth car I have bought from Sytner Maidenhead and I have always had excellent service.

I have been dealing with Sytner Maidenhead for around 7 years now and recently picked up a new 440i, my 4th car from them over that time. Asher dealt with my initial inquiry and spent time with me understanding my needs from a new motor (something with 5 doors but quicker than the current one..) Went through the spec, order and delivery process with Asher and received the car within a month to the exact spec i wanted. Asher was great and also a shout out to Bill who did the handover while Asher was on holiday. Always had great service from these guys and also use them for the servicing of my car and had no issues.

I have been a customer (reluctantly) of Sytner for years now as there is no option to go elsewhere when you have a warrantee. They are CONSISTENTLY awful. Every single time they never fail to disappoint. I have complained to managers, nothing. It's always the same. Today, despite making an online booking for service weeks ago, the booking was 'lost'. Now trying to rebook over the phone and their phones are not working, the guy claims he can't hear me. Now I have to wait again for him to call me back. Just the most AWFUL EXPERIENCE EVER. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

All very easy and thrilled with my car! Oskar was fantastic, even driving the car on a two hour round trip to bring the car to me to test drive! So thoughtful and really appreciated. The whole process was easy and handled so quickly. Brilliant service!

Do Not use this dealership! Absolute cowboys and sold me a car that’s basically a bag of crap! Useless after care. Useless sales person and business manager! SCAMMERS

Whole experience was perfect. I’m not someone who is overly knowledgable with cars, but with the right guidance I found the perfect car for my needs and budget. Everything progressed smoothly and with confidence I was being looked after.
