Valued service
Arrived at 09.00 on a bad weather day and arranged to wait so that my wife did not have to pick me up and bring me back. Promised that the service and starter replacement would be at the front of the queue. Work completed by 12.15 which was OK. Coffee and progress updates were very welcome and the waiting area was comfortable. Shame that the temperature was cold as the seating is not far from the entrance and the sliding door constantly opened and closed for customers. Service engineer was friendly and professional and made the visit experience excellent. Wash and vac was appreciated.

As always a great experience. The staff here are amazing, I have continued to have my car serviced and mot'd here for 7 years as they are efficient, keep you informed and prices are very reasonable. I always wait and with that there is a lovely place to sit and relax or work whilst your car is dealt with. A courtesy wash and vacuum also always appreciated.

Excellent Service
Had my car booked in for New Brake pads as these needed replacing . Staff were very polite, friendly and kept me informed from start to finish. Also resolved 2 other issues that needed attention . Very pleased with BMW in Oldbury. Each time I have used them they have provided a very good service.

Persistent upselling beyond a jokeMy car was booked in for a recall
My car was booked in for a recall. Parts were not ordered and had to wait a further 2 days for repair. Trying to speak to someone at Sytner is very difficult. On 3 occasions they hung up when calling. However the biggest fault with this dealership is constant up selling. I wanted my car fixed not a new car, fluid checks or battery checks.

This is what exceptional service looks like
I booked my car in for an MOT, brake fluid change and recall.
Although there is a Sytner garage within 7mins drive from me, I originally purchased my vehicle from the Oldbury branch and was very impressed with the service so I booked my service and MOT here despite the extra 45min drive.
From the moment I arrived to the time I left, the level of service was excellent. I asked if I could wait for my vehicle and was offered a desk to work from. All staff were extremely friendly and very attentive. I and others in the branch were regularly offered drinks and the occasional biscuit which was a nice touch.
It was just a great experience considering I spent circa 6 hours, which I was made aware right from the start it would be an all day booking, at no point did I feel uncomfortable or fatigued. Great branch, lovely staff members (particularly one of the women on the main reception desk who walks quicker than I can run). The fact they are also competitively priced against other Sytner showrooms/garages is a bonus.
