As always MINI we’re fantastic. Especially Holly!
This was my 6th Mini from Sytner Sheffield, but my first with Holly.
She made things easy from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept me updated with delivery updates all along the way. Even helped me with switching my Private Plate which I’d never done before as it was new on my last car.

Jody and Tammy were so easy to talk to and made buying an easy decision for me. Not at all pushy. Actually listened to what I wanted and went to a lot of trouble to get me the car I wanted. 10 out of 10. (I don’t usually give top marks but I couldn’t fault them)

While there were delays in getting the vehicle, it was clear these were not the fault of the Dealership. The premises are very impressive and create a great buying experience. Most stand out observation was the person dealing with us. Holly B was knowledgeable, friendly and completely helpful throughout the whole process and was great to work with. A true credit to your organisation. I would recommend her to other potential customers.

Great service from my initial telephone…
Great service from my initial telephone enquiry to picking up the car!
All paperwork dealt with efficiently by Paul Cannon during the week before collection, with the car being ready and looking like new when we arrived! Handover completed in the showroom which was a real bonus on a cold day.
With our part exchange checked over whilst we waited this was a very straightforward and enjoyable purchase.
