Received the water fountain. Absolutely rubbish. Plastic, tacky and sharp edges. It was damaged, scratched and the pebbles were a choking hazard with no warning.
They would not issue a refund or let me send it back. They sent out another one after I asked for a refund. I do not want another one. I wouldnt give this to anyone. I am so sick of these companies that don't practice basic consumer laws. Very unhappy.

100% MEDICAL GRADE Titanium chopping boards? No. The boards I received had 'SUS 304' engraved on them, which means stainless steel—not titanium. This is clear false advertising, and despite raising the issue multiple times, they refused to take full responsibility. After some back-and-forth over email, they only offered a 50% refund, which I accepted, though I believe a full refund would have been the fair outcome since the product was not as advertised.

I was also given the option to return the product to China (at my own cost) for a full refund. However, after obtaining a shipping quote, I found that it would cost $60.90 AUD, which is not reasonable given that the issue was due to inaccurate advertising, not a change of mind.

Despite my repeated requests, the product listing has not been updated to reflect the correct material, meaning other customers may still be misled. It appears they rely on buyers not noticing the difference, which is concerning.

They also stated, 'We have policies in place to ensure the integrity of our brand and the quality of our products,' yet they have not corrected the inaccurate listing, which contradicts this claim.

The only positive aspect of my experience was their responsiveness—they replied quickly to my messages. However, responsiveness does not make up for misleading product descriptions and a lack of accountability. If you’re considering purchasing from them, be cautious and verify product details carefully!

Bought led table lamp set of birds for my daughter....she received it ended up a plastic frame. Have written to them numerous times but they say to post to China for full refund .who knows ...count my losses but I will bag them every chance I get. Mongrel quick grabbing money bastardd

Please do not use this company. They falsely advertise their products and make it difficult to return items. The product I received was not as described on the website and was much smaller than expected. Additionally, the delivery took longer than stated due to delays at the factory. To make matters worse, they then tried to charge me for returning the item.

BIGGEST SCAM EVER, they take your money, they then don't deliver the product. They then say Fast Horse is responsible. You cant get in touch with Fast Horse without the tracking number. They DO NOT provide you with tracking so you can't prove the delivery. They are clearly working together to SCAM everyone on fake products. The products are FAKE rip offs. AVOID at all costs

Do not purchase from this company. I have been scammed for a pair of Victorian table lamps.
I received emails saying they were on their way, then out of stock, then in stock but a back log, then my lamps were on their way, pls track with code ( no code was given ) and finally this morning another email saying the item is out of stock. 🙄
I admit I was stupid in that i didn’t checked them out first but seriously how stupid do they think we are with their contradicting emails.

SUS 304 Stainless steel chopping boards recieved when titanium was advertised. Didn't even look the same as the picture. Temu quality packaging and product. Do not buy from here. Will refuse a refund despite false advertisement of product. Basically scammers.

Horrible Experience with Taavita – Do Not Recommend!

I ordered pendant lights from Taavita worth over $3,000 and it was a complete disaster. They never actually placed my order, but kept sending automated messages that they are sorting it out. I waited over a week and heard nothing, so I reached out to ask for an update. That's when I found out they hadn't processed it at all. it's now been over a month!

They gave me the runaround, pretending there were delays when it was clear they had just dropped the ball. Honestly, the lack of communication and accountability is frustrating. I am currently trying to chase them down just to get my money refunded. with no luck!

I won’t be buying from them again and strongly recommend you avoid the headache.

Fake website and gave me a minuscule version of what I ordered, 2 months late. Half of the order was missing (I ordered a teapot and teacup set, only a tiny teacup arrived). Buyer beware!

Like other reviewers I ordered from their site, order confirmed and then a trail of emails saying small delay out of stock, then back in stock. It’s been shipped but according to tracking it’s nowhere!! I have asked to cancel order and requested refund. Nothing! It’s been weeks. Terrible company. Do not use.

Site looked great, I ordered a lamp and then tried calling to clarify something, no answer, I sent an email, no response. The lamp turned up after a very lengthy wait time and description was misleading. Although my item was on sale I was very disappointed in the quality and the material (misleading). I emailed again and surprise, surprise no response. Will never use this company again.

This is a scam... products are Temu quality at a high price tag.

Recently ordered off their website. No sign of it. Demanded a refund which they wouldn’t agree and wanted me to wait weeks and weeks for the item. Seems like a scam

Awful experience!
Item arrived to me damaged and the quality was awful- I asked how to send it back for a refund.

Apparently If the item is damaged in transit to me (how they can confirm this I have no idea) they do not offer a refund. I have declined a replacement 7 times as the quality is awful however they continued to refuse a refund and have sent a replacement- which I do not want.

There is no where on their refund policy that states items damaged in transit to me can’t be refunded!

Taavita have refused to answer any of my questions such as how they know it was damaged in transit and not before it left them, or where they state items damaged in transit cannot be refunded…. They flat out ignore my questions. This feels incredibly wrong. I will never shop here again or recommend them.

Be aware this company is completely dodgy!!!

I ordered some mats from this very professional website, don’t be fooled by that!! They are very quick to take your money but not fulfil the order. They will not answer the telephone nor emails. Complete scammers! Luckily my bank came to the party & refunded my money. Read the reviews & steer clear of the scumbags.

This company are ultimate scammers. They will advertise an ultimate titanium chopping board and in place I received a stainless steel chopping board stamped with SUS304 which is a stainless steel grade. And they refused to refund…. Please be cautious do not buy from this company.

Its a scam. Ordered and paid for product which never showed up. Refuse to provide a refund.

My order did not arrive. I ordered in plenty of time for christmas. The tracking is useless. 4 emails sent, no reply. Phoned only a message service. Looks like my Grandson will not be getting his Christmas present. Is this an actual online store or a scam?

Scam Company …. Ordered a wall clock, when I received it it was half the size of what the description said, wasn’t the same design & style as what I ordered, basically totally different clock and a complete waste of money.

Contacted customer service multiple times, at first they played dumb, then took no responsibility and won’t refund or exchange the clock or money.

All items are drop ship from China (confirmed with tracking number - Buyers find it on Ali express for 1/4 of the price.

I purchased my item on the Black Friday sale, checked the website 1 week later (as I am checking the tracking... from China) Not compliant with Australian standards. Nevertheless, turns out it is now $20 cheaper than what I paid on Black Friday... shame on you.
