Excellent service, ordered and installed in three days, really appreciated the video tutorial which gave me the confidence to do the installation myself, saved me c. £60. Kit included the Allen Key for the tap, nice touch. Best price is on their website. Thank you TapSpares!

Good knowledge and speedy customer service when a screw was missing. I'm impressed.

My sink mixer cartridges were wearing out but I had no idea of the make or model. Up until then I hadn't realised that the cartridges are specific for each tap so I couldn't get one from my local plumbing store. They recommended TapSpares who identified it from a photograph as a Franke Eiger.
When the replacement cartridges arrived they fitted the tap but the spindles were slightly too wide to fit into the handles. I emailed Todd at TapSpares with a picture and by return and first class he sent two replacements which fitted.
Mistakes happen, particularly when a degree of guesswork is involved but the mark of a good company is that it corrects the problem quickly and without fuss. Full marks! I highly recommend TapSpares and Todd.

Ordered item on 25th November....still not received on 12th December. So much for "Fast Delivery". Chased and advised that the problem is Royal Mail.
No the problem is Tap Spares UK for not planning.
Would not recommend you use this company as they do not keep their promise of fast delivery. I generously gave them 1 star for this review only because I cannot post the review with 0 stars

Appalling customer service.
Placed order and paid, have waited 10 days for delivery.
Spoke to customer non-service, only to be advised that they sent my item via Royal Mail, already aware that RM had told them that there could be delays of up to 3 weeks, but didn't feel it necessary to warn customers which service they use, an failed to select a suitable supplier during this period to deliver!
They have no idea where my item is, or when it may arrive.
Then the incompetent and obviously highly inexperienced customer service person thought her best course of action was to hang up, rather than resolve!

The tap spares I ordered arrived promptly and the company's website also had very helpful instructions on how to change the tap cartridges. I therefore managed the job myself and didn't need to hire a plumber which would have been costly for such a simple job. Thank you.

Had a fantastic all round service, couldn’t ask for nicer people to deal with. All that as well as an excellent price and outstanding after sales care.

Easy to search by my tap make and model.
The picture on the screen did not match the valve I required exactly - So I assumed it was a suitable alternative. What turned up was an exact match.
Fits fine works fine (only just fitted so watch this space for ware and tear).Dispatched next working day and delivered by Royal Mail 2 days later. Quoted price included delivery.
The package had a part number that I
then searched on the net - could see a better price.

Order a pair of valves for a Frankie cresta tap. Received after a week. Then tried to fit and the splines didn't match. Called to get issue resolved. Told to email. So emailed images as requested. I was then told in a response email 24 hours later that I don't have a Frankie cresta tap. To which I have emailed the receipt from when the kitchen was installed. Stating it was a Frankie cresta tap. Called again to speak to someone. Who was a gentleman called Noel. Who I explained my frustration at the response and wanted to return at no cost to myself. The replacement part I brought from a more reliable company which sent me Frankie cresta valves that fitted. Whilst on the phone to Noel, I was told I could speak to Sharon dealing with the issue. I agreed the phone went silent for a split second then back on to Noel saying 'Sharon he is kicking off here'. To which I instantly replied to the poor customer service and said I can hear you bad mouthing me. Instant shock at being caught NOEL!!!
I spoke with Sharon who wasn't interested in being very helpful and stated I didn't have a Frankie tap but some sort or similar alternative even though she had seen the invoice receipt??? I did state during this conversation I would be giving a trust pilot review of this service.
Customer service not helpful and unprofessional when they think you can't hear them talking about you.
Main point to any potential customers, parts look ok but if they don't fit or incorrect they don't care! Offered a freepost return. Decided to send back recorded as expect they will stitch me up saying they didn't receive. So paid £3.05 to get a guaranteed refund as already proved unreliable
Awaiting feedback from Sharon on Noels unprofessional customer service??? Apparently they will listen to the call recording and speak to him. Don't think I will ever hear from them again 😂

Disappointing. Customer service quick to answer questions before they take your money. Once they have your money and you have an issue, they are not interested. Will not be using again and do not recommend.

lamona Victoria valves ordered yesterday on the telephone, brilliant service from the lady on the phone, paid for courier delivery, delivered a 1:17 this afternoon, fitted by myself ( a non plumber) stopped an annoying 2L/hour dripping tap. I would highly recommend Tap Spares UK on helpfulness, service & price

Finally got round to using the service kit for the spout of my Atriflow Etruscan kitchen tap which was getting very stiff to move. Clear instructions and all parts necessary were included. Much as I hate plumbing, it was a pretty simple job, just had a struggle pulling the spout off the tap base. Much cheaper than a plumber and/or new tap.

I would like to thank the gentleman from Tap Spares UK who answered my telephone call recently concerning the correct Franke Triflow valve replacement cartridges,l had in error ordered the wrong ones (there are so many of them).
The manner and knowledge of this man was incredible,the correct ones arrived this morning.

Ordered a tap handle on the 11th December, chased by email daily until today 8th January when I finally got a response to tell me they don’t have the tap in stock! Disgusting customer service

What a breath of fresh air! A truly professional supplier - actually read emails and respond very promptly (both very rare). Immensely helpful, no quibble replacements when a couple of exchanges were necessary. Customer service (I was communicating with Catie) is second to none. A good website, with very detailed diagrams and information about the two valves I wanted. There are dozens of these little tap valve beasts, all very slightly different, so it was a bit of a slog to get it right. But Catie was tolerant and really went the extra mile. I'd really like to give them lots more business, but I doubt I'm going to have a need for a great deal of tap spares.! Hope this reveiw helps generate some business for them with plumbers etc.
