Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback across two reviews regarding the same issue. We're genuinely sorry to hear about your experience following the return of your TAXIBOX.

Some of the concerns you've raised are very serious and therefore we have deployed our team into a full scale investigation to understand what has happened here (noting we have never had this issue in 15 years of operating). We’ve had a look through our system, however haven’t been able to locate any details that match this review, which makes it a little difficult for us to understand what’s happened here.

We’d really appreciate the opportunity to get to the bottom of this, understand what’s happened, and see how we can help. We're still having some trouble locating a booking under your name in our system, which is why we haven't been able to get in touch with you directly.

We’re really sorry to hear you’ve had this experience, and we completely understand why you’d be concerned about the security of your belongings.

We’ve genuinely been trying to get to the bottom of this, but despite trying every avenue available to us, we haven’t been able to get in touch with you or identify your account from the details provided in your review. We’ve even gone as far as reaching out to other customers with similar names to see if we could identify your booking, although we’re still unable to track it down. We appreciate this may seem like a lot of detective work, however we’re genuinely determined to understand what’s happened here.

The concerns you’ve raised around your missing items and locks being changed are incredibly serious, and they’re absolutely something we’d want to investigate further rather than simply leave your concerns unanswered, especially given that we haven't seen this in 15+ years of operating. At the moment, though, we’re working with very little information and haven’t been given the opportunity to review the circumstances or speak with you directly.
