Tedooo Avis 

I was charged 80.00 usd for a product that never arrived. They strung me along to make me believe it was still coming. Then, finally acknowledge it probably won't. But now it's past my credit card period to dispute the charge.

I was extremely hopeful when I ordered from this company on July 25th. I read the reviews on the website and felt that they were legitimate and weren't proctored. I reached out to customer service on August 15th hoping to get an update on my order. I received an email the day after I placed my order, with the email saying they would send me a picture of what it was going to look like prior to making. I never received the picture. That was the first clue that something was wrong.
Instead of getting somebody from this company to message me back, I was prompted to have communication with an AI bot. And for the next 2 weeks, the AI bot was the only form of communication I had with this company. They kept saying they were going to escalate my request to their supervisors but nothing ever came out of it. DAILY I reached out asking to speak to a person, but was met with the generated AI bought response of " we've escalated this to our supervisors and apologize for the inconvenience"
Finally on Aug 28th, I received an updated email letting me know my product was completed and on its way to me. Still did not have a photo of the finished product like promised, nonetheless I was just excited to get the email saying my product was on the way. Here we are , September 11th, and my product finally made it to my door. I was so excited to open it and see how great it was going to look because I waited so long to get it.
When I opened the box I was met with what looks like a printer generated picture of my dog's head and cricket style plastic carefully placed on top of it. Granted it's raised so it looks like it could be some sort of glass material but it's definitely not glass. Not to mention the picture is in a box frame with the outer "clear glass" warped. It's not glass at all, its a thin plastic material made to look like glass. And due to what I can only assume is extensive traveling and sitting in warehouses, it warped from the heat.

To have waited all this time, not have any communication with the maker or an actual customer service person, and then get the product to find that it looks like it was made by a high schooler in graphic arts class, at best, is beyond disappointing. For $130, I expected a lot more.

If you order from this company please beware. There may be good reviews on here with the few that lucked out but for the most part this company does not communicate, and their products are lackluster.

Very disappointing purchase. The item was advertised as mosaic glass dog art, but what I received looked like a poorly made 3D-printed plastic piece rather than individual glass pieces. The material and finish resembled melted spaghetti, and the quality was not what I expected from the listing.

The order was also repeatedly delayed. After waiting five weeks, I was told that the finished item had a flaw and that production was starting over. The long delay, poor appearance, and lack of quality made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend it.

First of all, it’s not mosaic tile or any kind of tile. It’s plastic. It’s printed out into little square made it look like tile. But it’s just one piece or sheet glued onto a piece of wood. That was very disappointing. Although the photo that I sent turned out very well on the product they printed or made whatever they did, but it definitely was not tile. Ordered it on June 27 and it took 7 1/2 weeks to get it. My card got charged but I thinking it was a scam. Disappointed that it wasn’t real tile. And it is not worth the cost for sure.

I have marks on the plastic cover ,I got to replace it .If they would have chosen a different color around the picture it would have high lighted the artwork better. Dose not look like what I ordered for my wife .I ordered 3 pictures 1 each of our 3 Maine Coons. Only have received 2 of the 3 after weeks of waiting. On top haven to replace the aka as front glass.

63 days later nothing has arrived. Tracking number provided but refuse to name a company so unable to use it. No production pics and no updates. Copy and pasted reply’s when I email them and website uses a AI chat bot. Do not order

The initial product during purchase is an AI generated product that totally does not match the final artwork. For example my original image shows glass pieces which were clearly opaque whitish in color where the final product has transparent glass lacking the color.

If I could give a lower rating, I would; they are scammers. I will never buy from this website again. Don't waste your money and time—they are a total sham.💩💩💩

Purchased this for my daughter for Christmas. It looks stunning! I believe she’s going to love it! This is her 1st dog on her own & I wanted her to have a great memory. Mission accomplished.

I ordered a mosaic of each of my dogs and am very happy with what I received. They’re beautiful and make my heart smile!

UPDATE- several months ago I was told Teedoo would be sending me a replacement, in higher quality. That was in August. I have been patiently waiting (but with no expectation of quality) and still keep getting emails from Teedoo that my item "is in production". Klarna also refused to issue a refund.

I ordered a stained glass work of my dog. It "went into production" minutes after placing the order and sent me a mock up. Weeks went by without an update. I tried to cancel and was unable to do so, because my work was in production. When the order finally arrived it was nothing at all like what was promised. I have been begging for a refund, but all I was promised was a new/improved product. I'm not holding my breath for the new product, IF it ever arrives.

Update- still no update on shipment, I doubt the replacement is coming, and I still haven’t gotten the refund I’ve requested.

I lost my soul dog almost 3 weeks ago, and wanted to have something made in his memory. It came out beyond amazing. Thank you!!

The product I received was not what I expected based on the advertising. Instead of the individual pieces of glass being cut and arranged to create the portrait, it looks like my dog’s photo was printed underneath and pieces of clear glass were placed over it.

The advertising made me believe I was purchasing an actual handcrafted glass portrait of my dog, not a printed photo covered with glass. The finished product looks nothing like what I thought I was paying for, especially for the price.

Very disappointing and absolutely not worth what I paid.

The product I received was not was the product advertised…your company placed glass over the picture of my dogs and etched the shape of cut glass..stop AI advertising like you actually do individual cuts. This is not worth what I paid for.

Absolute garbage. Purchased what I thought was going to be two 3D glass mosaics portraits of our dog. He was recently diagnosed with cancer and we wanted some beautiful memorials of him. Over $300 and 2 months later one of the two arrived and it looks literally NOTHING as advertised. There are no carefully placed glasses pieces, but rather a cheap looking epoxy pour against a heavily pixelated background that was supposed to be fabric backdrop. The image itself looks to have been stamped into the plastic. Absolutely false advertising in every way. Their website should be shut down.

I had my own fears after long delays in shipping made me start to look for reviews.... I started seeing others with the same issues and immediately attempted to cancel the order. They denied my request. Will be reporting this to my credit card company as it's fraud. I saved all the images of what it was supposed to look like and then what I received two months later.

I am in awe of this beautiful stained glass picture of my Dudley! It is perfect!

Me encantó, quería tener un detalle con alguien especial quien quiso mucho a sus mascotas y la verdad quedé muy satisfecha, la calidad y el resultado final valen la pena la larga espera ( se demoró varias semanas en llegarme ) tengan en cuenta eso por si lo quieren para un regalo pídanlo con anticipación

Picture is fabulous. However just received it and the frame is broken upon taking out of box. Sad
