Hello sorry go have to say this it the item I received was not what I order when trying to speak to somebody regarding this I was fobbed off with yous saying you would replace it however I requested a refund however still had no reply from you 149 pound I paid for something that's not even worth 20 pound Absolute joke

I was really excited about this art as it was portrayed to be a 3D rendering of my pet. All of the pre samples and post sample photos made this look completely 3D, including the name it what appeared to be a gold metal beneath, but none of it was true. The art is FLAT, and only appears 3D when photographed. The name is also not raised metal, just a flat brown and gold. The art arrived poorly put together with the tape backing falling off in places and all along the top of the frame, the backing protruded through to the front. I was really hoping for a 3D to the touch, and am severely disappointed.

Loosing a member of your family is one of the most difficult emotional challenges one must face. The true unconditional love we shared with our sweet pooch was genuine. In an effort to keep his spirit alive, I rolled the dice & surprised my wife with this beautiful tribute. We could not be happier as we have been in tears reflecting beautiful moments of our time together. Simply amazing!

On online order form has United Kingdom for delivery of product.
Twice emailed that product is being made .
Twice emailed with address issues to United Kingdom.
And last email was to ask if my address was in USA.
Asked for Refund as customer service doesn't sound legitimate to handle any decent concerns .
Another Ai company scam .
If your Tedoo company reads thus .

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE!!! They sold me on a large acrylic piece with gold fleck. I paid $150. I received a laminate canvas that was 12x12. It was a rotten piece of garbage. I could've created the exact same piece for under $20.

Shipping updates & status were unreliable and misleading but the customer service and outcome of product makes up for it.

Although it took a long time to get. The actual piece is amazing l. The detail ans exact match to my dog is unbelievable.

The picture is nice. But the frame size was way smaller than I thought it was gonna be, especially for the price I paid. I wouldn't buy again. Very disappointed with product size and price.

It's beautiful, they captured my dog beautifully and it's good quality. It came pretty quickly and was packaged well to protect it. I'm very happy with it.

I was worried about my order. It will be 3 weeks ago tomorrow. Finally got it this morning. Reading so many bad reviews I was really worried. Opened mine this morning and was really shocked. It was absolutely awesome. I brought my wife to tears to see our little dogs picture so life like. Thank you very much. I'll give you a thumbs up.

The Picture sure wasn't poured in resign thats for for sure as advertised. The edges are tucked and glue like a Teenager did it over a clothe sheet. A big wrinkle in the lower left corner not streched tight. You get what they don't want you to know. Wooden Frame of light weight. No heavy Picture as the buyers online rave about. This was the biggest $249.00 scam I've ever bought.The wrinkle in the picture I expect compsation for or a new picture made as a replacement that looks like a professional work of art. Of course coming from China what more could you ask for. This is definitely false advertising at its best.

Absolutely amazing!!! It’s real hard to copy the majestic-ness of Bernard’s eyes and some how this mosaic got it done perfectly. Mad props to the humans responsible for creating this masterpiece.

I am absolutely pleased beyond words . The picture came and is better than I expected my dog is still with me but time Isn’t on his side . But this picture is from his glory days and he lols like that to me every day .. the quality if this is exceptional..

Absolutely chuffed to bits with my 50cm Suncatcher of Finn. The image was exactly as the photo attached, but the depth of detail was incredible. I felt like I could stroke him and talk to him. Sadly, he recently passed away, but he sort of lives on now as looking at this fantastic piece of glass artwork, we remember him so very well. Delivery was exactly within the time stated, which was surprising as it was Evri! Thank you Tedooo.
