Ive used Connexions here in Carlisle since they set up, and theres been no need to go to anyone else, because they just look after you.

The service just works
My Telappliant service has been working in the background, anonymously, for years. There is rarely a problem, and on the rare occasion when there is one, it gets fixed quickly and without fuss. I was the cause of the most recent problem, but it was still resolved quickly.

Irritating bug but persistent support…
Irritating that there was a bug and that I was not able to call an international destination initially despite having the destination NOT being black listed. Support team responded quickly and while it took longer to fix than I expected I wasn't forgotten.

Just amazing!
Every time I contact the company (which to be fair isn't often at all a handful in the 10+ years we've been with them) the service has been second to none.
All the staff are totally customer service driven and know their stuff!
Call outs are within hours not days and the guys are on site until everything is 100% - 99% isn't good enough for these guys.
Finally boss man Warren-what a legend. Visits every year just for a check in to make sure everything's running as it should be and always has a holiday story to share... I've booked a few on the back of his tales..
Great company - great staff. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
