It was clean and tidy all around. Reasonable relation between spaces, proper music, sort of drinks and other stuffs available. But some Guides could be available for the first-timers.

Tenpin Acton lives on Royale Leisure Park, just off the A40 and minutes from Park Royal, Ealing and Shepherd's Bush — easy in by car or off the Central Line. With 32 bowling lanes and dynamic LED lighting, we're one of London's biggest bowling spots. Loud music. Big energy. Pins that don't stand a chance. And it's not just bowling. The bar looks good and the food menu options is easy and plenty which I am glad. Also I would like to lower the music in the room but the experience I'd good.

Good value
We booked the offer of a game of bowling including a burger meal. Staff were friendly and the food arrived about half way through the game. Everything was on point and it was a good experience for the family

Good experience but was just annoying…
Good experience but was just annoying that we ordered food to the lanes but didn’t come then we had to ask for an ETA for it n then it came 15 mins after we asked and by this time it had been 45mins since ordered but bowling was good and so was arcade

Terrible service
Throughout the game, we experienced multiple technical problems with the bowling lane. Each time an issue occurred, we had to stop playing and wait for a member of staff to come to the lane to resolve it. In total, approximately 14 minutes of our allocated playing time were lost due to these technical issues.
Although the game was booked for one hour, we were unable to complete all of our allocated turns because of the repeated problems with the lane. We made several attempts to have the issues resolved, but there were occasions when no member of staff was available to assist us promptly.
This is particularly disappointing as the visit was intended to be an enjoyable day out for the children. Instead, a significant part of the experience was spent waiting for technical problems to be addressed. We paid for a full bowling experience but did not receive the service and playing time that we had paid for.
I do not consider it acceptable to charge customers for a full session when a substantial amount of the booked time is lost through equipment failure and inadequate staff assistance.
