It was clean and tidy all around. Reasonable relation between spaces, proper music, sort of drinks and other stuffs available. But some Guides could be available for the first-timers.

Tenpin Acton lives on Royale Leisure Park, just off the A40 and minutes from Park Royal, Ealing and Shepherd's Bush — easy in by car or off the Central Line. With 32 bowling lanes and dynamic LED lighting, we're one of London's biggest bowling spots. Loud music. Big energy. Pins that don't stand a chance. And it's not just bowling. we had a lovely experience at Tenpin Acton celebrating my daughter's birthday. The whole party was enjoyable and children had a fantastic time. The staff were friendly and helpful and everything was well organised. It was a great choice for a children's birthday party with plenty of fun and entertainment. My daughter and her friends really enjoyed themselves and we were very happy with how the day went. Thank you to the Tenpin Acton team for helping make her birthday special.

The burger was not tasty at all
The burger was not tasty at all. We couldn’t eat it, so we left it on the table. We felt like we wasted our money and were very disappointed with the food.

There were interruptions while playing and one game ended before last finished playing.
But we enjoyed the games.

My daughter won a prize
My daughter won a prize, then accidentally left it unattended. It got stolen. The venue did very little to appease a crying child. That probably tells you what you need to know about the clientele.
The change machines sometimes worked and when they did, you were forced to take a load of 10p coins that were accepted in about 6 machines.
I felt uneasy and unsafe at this place.

All the staff were rude the light skin girl behind the counter got no customer service ordered a burger and chips was send a cheese burger. Ordered a drink she just left it on the bar and didn’t bring it over children under 9 were playing didn’t give us children balls and failed to put the sides up until I asked. Terrible service only person who was nice is the lady who brought my food out very disappointed the girl serving drinks would rather chit chat with her colleagues

Disappointment
My last three visits were fine, but I’ve had a couple of issues with the service.
On my first visit, my food took around an hour to arrive because no one seemed to be aware of my order. It was only prepared after I went to check on it myself.
On today’s visit, I left my almost-full beer on the table after only two sips. When I came back, my table had been cleared and the beer was gone. When I spoke to the manager, I found the response unprofessional and defensive. There was no apology and no replacement was offered.
I hope the team can improve their communication and customer service, and acknowledge when an error is made on their side.
