It was clean and tidy all around. Reasonable relation between spaces, proper music, sort of drinks and other stuffs available. But some Guides could be available for the first-timers.

Tenpin Acton lives on Royale Leisure Park, just off the A40 and minutes from Park Royal, Ealing and Shepherd's Bush — easy in by car or off the Central Line. With 32 bowling lanes and dynamic LED lighting, we're one of London's biggest bowling spots. Loud music. Big energy. Pins that don't stand a chance. And it's not just bowling. Amazing time, very polite, friendly and helpful staff. Me and my niece had an amazing time, great place to go to. Definitely returning again.

Pool had 3 missing balls and extra ones which meant couldn't play game properly

Kids had lot of fun with bowling and the person who attended us was brilliant and very supportive .
My one request to management if you can increase the sizs of pizza kids are given as it was way smaller and not a filler .

The day i visited my two daughters…
The day i visited my two daughters played a game of bowlimg after we finished our game we ordered food and we were waiting for a long time at our table and we were not given our food so we went up to the counter to ask what was taking g so long and when we asked he asked us we told him our table and he ignored us and continued to do what he was doing so then we went to the lady who was the manager and she went to the boys counter and gave us the receipt that they should.have gave to us in the first place and then after a small argument they told us to get out and gave us our pizza and personally I think that it is very bad customer service and really rude facial expressions

Its was super hot in there no AC
Its was super hot in there no AC. One of my pound coins fell behind the machine that gives you change. I went to go ask for assistance from one of the people that work there and he was very rude and was like no I cant help you you have to do it yourself.

It was so hot, no working air-conditioning, ruined the whole time there, and we paid for 3 games which we had to finish
