Enjoyed bowling with the family
Enjoyed bowling with the family. Was extremely hot in there with no air con on so we was drinking more. Dissatisfied with the food service. As ordered food the guy behind till put the wrong lane on order. Had wait nearly an hour and had to go get it myself in the end as twice it was labelled for wrong table and staff didn't seem to care we had been waiting busy giving others there's.

So good we came back
So good we came back! Second review in a week! We enjoyed the experience so much we came back to play pool and ended up bowling again! I really like the place. It has a great vibe and great range of things to do at a reasonable price.

We took our children and extra family…
We took our children and extra family here last weekend, what a day we had! The men headed over to the pool tables, kids had fun on the soft play and arcades whilst us mums had a natter with a lovely drink. Afterwards we had a game of bowling, with some food (which was delicious!) and ended the day with some arcade fun. Next time we will definitely try the laser tag, escape rooms and karaoke they had on offer. Thank you to the manager Jack who was so accommodating.

Laser Tag party
We visisted the laser tag for my son's 10th birthday. Staff were brilliant, very welcoming, polite and helpful and made the experience perfect 😊

One of the worst bowling experiences in…
One of the worst bowling experiences in years. Lanes had small cracks and drastic leans so balls did not hold this line. Took 11 family members and both lanes were awful. Arcade games and other activities were decent.

We went bowling during the heatwave
We went bowling during the heatwave. It was empty inside hardly anyone there. We expected air con to be on but don’t think it was and we was sweating! You really need to upgrade your air con!
Also we had an issue with a game at the arcades and had to wait AGES for someone to resolve it!

Great experience with engaged staff who really wanted to help maximise the day we spent there - bowling the a bit of pool then the escape room. The food and drink were good value for money - the car park is convenient and you are in easy reach of the A470.

Lovely party very good value for money…
Lovely party very good value for money , the meal was great and the kids loved it . They had plenty to drink with the unlimited squash and the staff were lovely and so helpful. The lady who took out party was absolutely fantastic I can’t remember her name unfortunately but she was really grate . I have recommended this party to a few other friends and would definitely book again

Laser Tag was good but staff seemed stressed
Held a birthday party for 19 girls at Tenpin Nantgarw for Laser Tag and food. The girls enjoyed it but the service was disappointing. Initially, we were only given 2 booths for 19, eleven and twelve year old girls. We asked for another booth but were initially today it wasn't possible. Eventually, the staff reluctantly agreed we could use another booth. Next the staff got the food order wrong. It was corrected and staff where apologetic but it did mean the birthday girl had to wait 15 minutes for her food by which time all the others had finished. Not ideal.

It was absolute mayhem on bank holiday
It was absolute mayhem on bank holiday, I booked it for 1pm. Got there at around 12.50 and checked in at the desk to be told that it wasn’t booked until 1.10 then we couldn’t bowl for another half hour, won’t be returning. Was quite a stressful experience.

Very good time and easy online booking…
Very good time and easy online booking for a family of 8. Gave us 2 lanes from the booking. Only down side was that the table service was very slow and the bar was not busy. Waited 20minutes for fruit shoots and some pints of pop. However overall a very good time.
