The service received didn’t match the purpose of the booking
We booked online as a team specifically so we could compete against each other. Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time for lanes to become available, and when lanes were eventually assigned, our group was split across lanes that were far apart. This defeated the purpose of our booking, as we were unable to compete together as planned. We were disappointed that the booking could not be accommodated in a way that allowed our group to enjoy the experience we had booked

Olivia was very professional and helpful with a very empathetic demeanor, as we had two SEN children. The facilities were good and the food was good. My wife claimed that the onion rings were the best she had ever had. The kids enjoyed their nuggets and burger. They thought the pizza was exceptional.

it was really good
it was really good, good quality of sound. but we need more song options and lower the music abit lower so we can hear ourself sing, but overall it was a great experience and i would do it again. thank you for the fun vibes.

We had a right laugh, although I came last most of the time and my daughter was better than me. She put the sides up for me in the end to help, which was really kind.

Great time
Booked this to get family together for my birthday, booking was easy and check-in was quick, lane was clean with plenty of balls. Table service was quick and a good time was had by all.

The staff were very helpful.
Unfortunately the fuse went off in the karaoke room so the lights turned off, scaring my niece who has sensory issues. The manager spoke very kindly to my niece who was too scared to go back in and she asked if we would like to do bowling instead. Then she asked which lane we would prefer out of the 2 quietest lanes. She was very considerate and my niece ended up having a lovely time. This was the Dudley location.
