When we went to the lane there were only 3 bowling balls available they were all very heavy and me and my daughter couldn't even lift them and my daughter got upset.All the other lanes in use so could... Voir plus

Olivia was very professional and helpful with a very empathetic demeanor, as we had two SEN children. The facilities were good and the food was good. My wife claimed that the onion rings were the best... Voir plus

Half term visit
The lady on the desk at check in was rude and distracted, not welcoming understandably it was half term and busy, I feel working in that environment you have to embrace the business with energy and enthusiasm this particular colleague was lacking this. We ordered food through the qr code at the table after a 40 minute wait and hungry children we asked when our food would arrive to find the order had not been placed as a receipt didn’t print, we then continued to wait for only a short while but the food wasn’t of a good standard, the pizza was hard and the adult meal was the same size portion a child’s. Overall an experienced enjoyed by the children but not so much adults trying to survive half term.

Poor service on this occasion
The screens went off several times whilst mid game with my daughter , flickering on and off as we were playing . There was no option on this occasion to take a photo so straight away my daughter felt this experience wasn’t the same as the previous visits to tenpin . We asked staff if we could move lane to be told sorry we have no more availability!!

Very rude staff
Very rude staff. Ignorant and not helpful. Son had a party there and staff would not tell us which lane the party was in so had to walk around trying to find people we knew in a very busy venue. Me and husband had booked to bowl as well and the woman serving was very rude when trying to explain we had also booked a lane. At the bar the staff were standing around and not serving even though there was a queue and when finally served the server was rude and no manners

First time bowling in a very long time.
It has been a long time since I last went bowling and I decided to take my granddaughter during half term to castle gate in Dudley.
The booking process on line was super easy even for a dinosaur like me. On arrival I had forgotten just how loud it can be in a bowling establishment that has multiple lanes, and amusement arcade and lots of kids! Note to anyone that is affected perhaps take some earplugs!
I used the app to order drinks which again was simple to use.
Our lane was ready on time and we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 games played.
All the staff that we encountered were pleasant and helpful.
I would definitely recommend a visit and it certainly won’t be very long before we are back!

Toilets were overflowing
Toilets were overflowing, had to go to disabled toilets which doesn't feel right to do. Staff were pleasant, but it was extremely busy and couldn't hear myself think.

Always a great experience. We tend to go when the Tuesday offer is in as it is really affordable. The staff are friendly and it is somewhere we will be visiting regularly

Always worth it
Always go out of the way to visit the Dudley branch although I have one closer. It’s always clean and the staff are friendly and hardworking. Drinks ordered to the lane are brought over quickly. The soft play area is well monitored. I’ve dealt with Anthony a few times as he’s resolved issues with tickets or machines taking money and he always resolves the issue quickly and helpfully.

Disappointed
Bowling was good it was fun but in our last game this lady kept hoovering around and kept staring at us... Then when we got our things to leave the table she started to wipe the table and move our glasses which we hadn't even finished our drinks then the next people was on... Felt really uncomfortable like everything was rushed... If she could off said it she would of told us to hurry up and move... The staff on the floor wasn't much better... My 1.00 coin got stuck in the machine when I told a member of staff she got someone to come over she gave me my coin back but there was no conversation no sorry about that nothing just my coin and gone...
