Love coming to tenpin, plenty to do bowling, lazertag pool etc great to have it all in the same place. Prices reasonable too, great place for family gathering or even a night out with friends

Far too expensive for a group of 5 for 2 games. The lane seating area had not been cleaned properly, with drinks residue on shelf. Deals to reduce cost only available on line and staff would not allow... Voir plus

We normally go to Hollywood Bowl but coming to Tenpin is so much better, the boys love playing the arcade games after we have played bowling as Tenpin have so much more than Hollwood Bowl.

Bowling was fine. Ordered drinks and snacks but had to go collect them ourselves as they didn’t bring them and it was 20 mins later

Asked to come for an interview
Asked to come for an interview, I arrived was asked to take a seat and I’d be seen shortly, no one showed up I was sat there for a good 45 minutes, you can’t treat people your trying to bring in as staff like that it’s so unprofessional

None of the change machines were working!
People just milling around wondering when they would be fixed. Took about an hour or so to fix.

Love the bowling, but staff letting it down
Loved the bowling set up, but the noise in the venue was incredible and difficult for our neurodivergent guest to deal with. We also had a problem getting slushie refills after booking these online. First we were told we had to bring back the cups, which we then did, to be told that we couldn't get any because we had to pay online and they didn't have any cups left (they wouldn't refill our cups). So we didn't stay for food after that. Most of the staff were miserable except one trans lady, who was polite and smiley.

Could do with more active cleaning
Everything was good apart from not initially being able to find a table/seat near soft play. Eventually found a table that had a tray of leftover food, drinks etc from a previous customer. I sat here for two hours and it wasn't taken away. I noticed a member of staff cleaning some tables just before I left but hadn't noticed anyone doing this until that point.

Awful experience
Drinks took 20 minutes to come to our lane and when they did mines was wrong, had to wait 10 more minutes to get it fixed, then our lane broke down and had to be moved which took 15 minutes from braking down, there was no coins in the coin machine for 10 minutes had to wait, there was some arcade games that ran out of tickets so played them for nothing, also the front desk man was really smelly

I booked and paid for all my activities in advance, I qued at the front desk and checked in when I arrived. Every time we finished an activity I had to rejoin the que of people coming in to start the next activity. I was booked in so that one activity followed another (as suggested by your staff) so I paid for an hour of bowling but spent 10 minutes of that waiting in a que. Poorly organised and low staff members.

Having a wee date night with my wife…
Having a wee date night with my wife and we played interactive darts and it was soo much fun and laughter then we played pool and played arcade games which was amazing competitive and just beyond fun, I recommend anyone who reads this get yourself down.

Had prebooked bowling for an hour as well as food and drinks. Got straight on the lane, food came 10 minutes later. Had to request our drink on 3 separate occasions. Their excuse was it didn't state what flavour of slushies were required. The I had to go back and ask for fizzy drinks that were purchased. Not very organised. Pool table kept jamming, had to ask for white ball on 2 occasions.

It was a lovely place to have fun and celebrate. My kids and others invited enjoyed their time and had lots of fun.
It was really great and the staffs were super nice and welcoming.

Overall it would of been 5 stars. The staff were friendly and welcoming. But I fortunately one of our sessions on the interactive darts didn't work but no compensation or refund was offered.
