Love coming to tenpin, plenty to do bowling, lazertag pool etc great to have it all in the same place. Prices reasonable too, great place for family gathering or even a night out with friends

Far too expensive for a group of 5 for 2 games. The lane seating area had not been cleaned properly, with drinks residue on shelf. Deals to reduce cost only available on line and staff would not allow... Voir plus

We normally go to Hollywood Bowl but coming to Tenpin is so much better, the boys love playing the arcade games after we have played bowling as Tenpin have so much more than Hollwood Bowl.

Ten Pin Bowling
Well organised and efficient. Friendly staff. Enjoyed our bowling games. The background music in the venue was a bit loud for me but otherwise a great afternoon out. Thanks.

Not ideal
Lane kept needing reset which caused us to lose many point as it reset the score every time. Staff were also extremely slow at fixing it, one taking 10 minutes of pressing the call button only for us to have to go and find someone our self.

Great entertainment, poor customer service
Entertainment was great, however, customer service was poor. We were advised that our bowling lane would be a 5 minute wait which we found acceptable, but this equated to a total wait time of 30 mins from our booking time. The previous game was still on the screen and food/drinks weren't tidied for our booked time. The food was pitiful... The hotdog was a sausage on a plain roll.

Bowling was good
Bowling was good. My only criticism is that there isn't enough staff on the bar. They are run off their feet . Between the hours of 7-10pm especially on a Saturday night there should be extra people on. They are trying to serve at the bar, deal with orders and run drinks/food etc to tables.

Great atmosphere
Great atmosphere, great family day out will definitely be back. We also had some food and drink whilst there. Delivered to the booth nice and easy. Food was also lovely

My daughter sustained a clavicular fracture on soft play. Maybe for enhancement, there should be a staff inside to guide young kids palying.

Ten Pin is a great place, very spacious and lots of activities for everyone. My kids had a brilliant time and we'll be back again for sure.

Family went for 2 games of bowling and…
Family went for 2 games of bowling and ordered food straight away because it usually takes a while to come. Food came after 25 minutes but drinks never (literally 1 pitcher of Pepsi). Stopped a member of staff to query about it, he said he was away to check on it. Didn't see him again. Pressed the call button, by then we've ate our food and on 2nd game. New member of staff came along, he said he was away to see about it, didnt see him again. Eventually went to the bar ourselves, which we should've just done in the first place, to be told that our drink order hadn't been printed and he was away to get it now!!!! Why did noone come back to let us know??? Was a total joke!
