Had a party for 10 kids and it was amazing. Staff was briliant, engaging kids, dancing with them, making animal ballooons etc.. Food was good and well worth. Cant praise them more. Children were very... Voir plus

Actual facilities etc. were great and very reasonably priced. However, there was a distinct lack of staff, which meant very slow or nonexistent service at the bar, snacks area, and I didn’t see anyone... Voir plus

For the price I paid it went worth it. Kane 19 always had issues with the pins.
The queue was so big waiting to see a staff member it was becoming stressful ( like no one took command and control and needs to get a grip tbh)

We arrived earlier than our slot
We arrived earlier than our slot, we were given a lane straight away, 40 minutes ahead of schedule. We encountered some issues with the machine whilst logging our players, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Had a lot of fun and the experience was good.

Good fun
The place was very clean. All staff were friendly and looked like they were enjoying their jobs. We came on a Sunday morning. There were lots of birthday parties on and it was quite noisy but I appreciated being placed to the side of them as there was only two of us.
The only negative was that our experience was over quickly as we'd booked two games each. The website explained how long it would take bit I would have preferred booking for an hour rather than per game. I saw other customers were booked for an hour but maybe they were with a party. I would have liked that option.

Expect late food on a Thursday
We went on a Thursday night when there are lots of food deals on, as a result, our food was very late.
Our booking was for 19:20, we arrived early at 18:30 for some drinks and asked if we could get our food early, but we're told no. Our food eventually arrived at 21:20!! But nit all of it, we were missing part of our order, which I complained about, and we ended up getting the rest at 21:45... After we had finished bowling.

We came there for a Birthday party 🥳 🎉 🥳 🎉 and campany policies allowed us to bring our own cake and no body really disturb us 5 star for that.
Our experience was really good 😊👍 but your Bowling balls are needs to review they are all damaged I played with 10 kg large all of them did have hole in them or parts missing. One ball was funny 14 kg my friend through away and ball was was jumping like injured one leg 🦵 that one made us laugh 😂 and couldn't find decent ball for 3 lady friends they are too heavy or xx or xxx small couldn't fit the fingers in it
They struggle to trough the balls for that reason they didn't really enjoy the game. You don't have 7 or 8 kg balls I did look other lines is well. At the end we still enjoyed the day rest can be dealable I think. Attitude of staff was helpful and kind .

Good fun, but cleanliness needs improved
It was really busy, but the team were helpful and we got to go on our lane fairly quickly.
The one thing that let the alley down was how dirty it was - there was disgarded chips on the floor, and dirty empty glasses everywhere. We had to clean this up ourselves before the food arrived, and was still very unclean.
It would be good if the tables on each lane were cleared and wiped before a new group is assigned that lane .

Booked for a Thursday evening deal. Lane we were on kept breaking, numerous times we had to approach what little staff they had. We had to ask for our food despite being told it would come to our lane. Ordered drinks using QR code, half an hour later still no drinks, requested a refund as we were finished our games. Was told payment would be refunded yet I am still waiting! I understand they were busy but clearly more staff needed, customer service needs improved and I certainly won’t be returning. What was meant to be a nice evening with my son turned into a rubbish night with problems after problems.

Fun kids day out
The staff were all helpful and polite, doing their best in a busy situation. Bowling was great fun, plenty ball sizes available and the machines were easy to use. The arcades are fun with the ticket prizes. All the facilities were reasonably clean. Prices were okay, for it being in town.

Tried to seperate our group booking then when eventually we got onto lanes the bumpers wouldn't work so complained for no one to come and fix it. Complete waste of money and time to travel to Edinburgh rude staff and dirty venue.

Everything was fine apart from when it came to the arcades when half machines took ur money but they never actually worked so had two disappointmented boys losing ten pound which is ridiculous
