As soon as we arrived our lane was ready .. no waiting for people to finish their game , really good fun .. Only issue was music far too loud and there are so many other noisy game machines there.... Voir plus

We took the kids to soft play and was really impressed, they got given balloons when we first went in and the soft play is quite large and has lots for them to do, they had a lovely time. Also loved that you could order to your table so that you could keep an eye on the kids. Absolutely loved the soft play. However we decided to stop and have lunch which was not very nice at all. I ordered a chicken burger and chips and I could not eat the chicken burger, it had a big grizzsly bit in the middle that made me feel sick, the chops were Luke warm and really wasn’t very nice, freezer chips at home are much better, the onion rings were very soggy. My boyfriend had curly fries which was much better than the chips. It also took a long time for the food to arrive

All round a good night
Had a really good night bowling and playing on the ticket machines. Slightly let down but the rudeness of the lady behind the bar (not sure of her name) but the young lad was lovely, the lady on the floor (think her name was candy), was outstanding her customer service was amazing, she looked like the only person actually working, we were told that she was also the chef, any issue we had she fixed straight away. She made our night very enjoyable.

Two hours of fun
I always find that my visit to tenpin Gloucester softplay is always an enjoyable one. My grandson loves the various activities and jumps from one to the other. I noticed on my last visit that they had replaced some of the soft play toys. The areas are always clean and tidy and there is always an attendant nearby if you needed assistance. The toilets are always clean and tidy and so is the baby change area.

No beers on tap so couldn't get what was ordered on deal they offered. Bowling was good. Just seemed a bit unorganized

We had to wait a while to be served
Then asked if we could have our pizza after we had finished playing our game of tenpin but was told this wasn’t possible! They would just bring it out when it was cooked!

Beaver Scout Visit
I booked bowling for a group of Beaver Scouts. Callum was very helpful in explaining the "Do's" and "Don'ts" to the children and was quick to assist when we had a problem on one of the lanes.

Bowling food package
We did bowling with a food package. Food was ok but could be improved. Had burgers and chicken burgers. Also did pool and others games which were good.

Not a good review
An incredibly rude barman who, when asked for some more lemonade in a glass of wine huffed & rolled his eyes. Drinks ordered via QR code, left sitting on the bar with various bar staff looking where they were for then walking off. An very rowdy family in the next lane who were throwing two balls down at a time very loudly, sliding onto the alley & no one challenged them.
