Great bowling
Nice fresh venue great bowling lanes too. Had a snack fresh cooked chips cool music playing and a massive place to explore. Went with family and had a great time.

Late, messy and poorly equipped.
Lane wasn’t ready on time and was littered with empty pint glasses etc (I was attending with small children.) Standard toilets weren’t available downstairs and the staff had lost the key to the disabled toilets, meaning I had to individually escort my children back upstairs to use the facilities whilst the other watched our lane. Staff seemed generally apathetic and the overall experience was poor. There was also no ramp for our youngest to use, meaning we had to share with the lane next to us.

The bowling was fun but the service…
The bowling was fun but the service wasn't great, we pre booked cheese burgers to eat whilst we were bowling, we got given burgers without cheese on them, we pressed the call assistance button and nobody came, after about 20 mins i just went to the service desk to let them know they brought the wrong food out. The game was good but the service and waiting around wasnt fun

Brilliant Experience
The staff were very helpful as it was my first time going and I didn’t realise there were more bowling alleys downstairs. The atmosphere was brilliant and me and my boyfriend had a lovely date night. We ended up playing 2 rounds of bowling and 4 rounds of pool. Would definitely recommend

This was my son's first trip bowling so…
This was my son's first trip bowling so we didn't want to pay lots of money. Tenpin was great value and still had all the things we needed - side rails and the launching stand so he could take part and he really enjoyed it. We will come back.

It's like a youth club inside.
It's like a youth club inside.. kids allowed to sit on tables without a drink.. slow service at the bar.. really poor.. every time I have been it's gets worse.. won't be visiting again.. shame as the bowling lanes are great
