There was a issue with some lads next…
There was a issue with some lads next to where I was going to be bowling when I raise the issue with manager she acted promptly making me and my grandson feel safe. She moved us to a different area and continue to stay and watch the problem teenagers which were very comforting.

Great first experience at Tenpin
All the staff were very pleasant & friendly. It was my first time taking my grandaughter bowling & we had to ask a member of staff to help us as we didn't know how to start the game, the member of staff went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our visit. Members of staff were checking areas all the time to make sure every where was kept clean & tidy, food was brought to us quite quickly & was hot when it arrived. Looking forward to our next visit ☺️

Not enough staff on
Not enough staff on, ball was stuck between the bumper and after waiting 15 minutes once we had spoken to someone and pressed the service bell my partner ended up getting it himself, food wasn’t great either and not very big considering it should of been an adult meal

Great welcoming team explained how everything working while clearly very busy as they seemed a little under staffed. Nothing was too much trouble for the two members of staff that were out front, we dropped a drink and they were quick to help clear it, while getting a replacement.

Very enjoyable evening
Very enjoyable evening, its changed a lot since I last went, had a refurb, didn't have food just drinks but food looked nice from what I saw.

Booked on line quick and easy. Thought it was a bit expensive for 3 games for 3 adults 1 junior £95 plus drinks wen u get in there for only a couple of hours kids enjoyed there self

Staff lovely
Staff were all , toilets very clean. The reason I gave 4 stars was the music was extremely loud which is not good for everyone’s hearing.

Friendly and welcoming staff
Staff were friendly and greeted us warmly. A young lady wiped up a spillage we had and cleaned our table. The young man at the reception/check in was lovely and welcoming. Also, we were running late so called and someone very helpful moved our time forward 20 minutes so we’d still be able to play.

Not the best …
It's a shame we have to book online to get the offers as we arrived and couldn't do it that way so played ok the arcade and booked online, also other Easter half term offers aren't available on the actual bank holiday which again isnt good , we had 1 hour bowling with pizza for £40 and the pizza is as thin as a wrap and covered in sauce but not much cheese so they could do better with them .
