Appalling service
We had booked 2 games of bowling and to include a burger meal for the 3 of us. When we arrived we checked in and the girl who served us said the order would be sent to the kitchen. I asked if the food would come out while we were bowling and she said yes but in about 30 mins. An hour later when we had finished our 2 games we had still not received any food. We asked at the bar and they said we had said we wanted the food after we had finished bowling which we said we hadn’t. The food still took ages to come out and we hadn’t to chase it again. When it finally appeared it was like warm and looked like it had been under a lamp for hours. Not impressed!

A lovely clean and tidy place to visit
A lovely clean and tidy place to visit. The arcade was fun for the grandchildren. The bowling went smoothly.Dudnt have food so can’t comment on that.

Was ok
Was ok. Staff very young, no customer experience at all. Pre ordered Food was brought out while playing which wasn’t ideal as children wasn’t interested in eating.

Great, got in earlier than the booking food came at a good time through the game, easy to use and friendly service. Love that the arcade is cashless.

Middle aged kids.
The whole experience was very straight forward, from booking to playing. Cost was surprisingly low, and the service was good.

Nice staff but rip-off new payment system for the arcade
The staff were helpful and friendly. Booking was easy and the facilities were good.
The new card system for the arcade is absolutely rubbish though. Having to top up at a minimum of £5 a time, plus extra for cash only games is an absolute rip off. Hardly any virtual tickets were given out either. I don't expect to spend £50 for a small group of children and they only have enough to trade in for a couple of lollipops at the end. We have visited many times over the years but think we will give this location a miss in future because of this.

Game kept skipping turns
Game kept skipping turns, so each person bowled only once before it moved on to the next player. Reported to staff, who reset the game, worked fine for the first two players and then started skipping again. Tried to find another member of staff but all were busy so gave up with it.
Everytime we go there, they seem so short staffed. The staff look stressed and under pressure, you almost feel like a burden to ask them for help.

Bowling group
Went there as a group. Had 2 alleys together. Was also easy to order drink and food at the alley. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I booked bowling with my new partner and child. Using my email. On my booking it specifically has my name my booking. When adding 187name is had my ex girlfriends name. I deleted her name adding my own so my booking has my name on it and no where has her as its my booking. On arrival they can't find my booking give them my phone and they are very confused and said they can't find my booking but they did see my name on the system but for some reason it's now dissappeared sorry there's nothing they can do. I said its cost me £50 so either I want a refund now or you find my booking. 3 staff are confused and tske 15 minutes and eventually fund my booking and it's under mt ex girlfriends name every tho on booking its all my name etc. Staff then found this very funny that somehow the system had messed up and had my exs name every tho on the booking its not and it's my name.
I was fuming as my girlfriend was raging with me.
Then on the screen on the lane it has my exs name on it. My current girlfriend was fuming and ruined our bowling and night even more
Was not funny. Waste of £50 won't be returning

Good child-friendly bowling and table…
Good child-friendly bowling and table service appreciated. The machines beign so close ot the lanes were a tad noisy btu we can bowl at a quieter time overall.
