Burger and chips were freezing when…
Burger and chips were freezing when they came out, no one ate it.
We asked for warm food but they just gave us a silly laugh. They didn't care. A refund would have been nice if they can't keep the food warm.

Although the overall experience was good, the food was awful, bland and cold, they even miscounted, we had a group of 12 but only brought out 11 meals.
I wont let the food take away from the fun and memories that were made on the day.

All staff very helpful & polite
My only down fall was the booking system, it allowed me to book for party of 7 for 1 lane then when arrived was told you were only allowed 6 on a lane which ment we was split up, this was the first time I’ve seen my family in 2yrs & thought it would be a nice bonding session with the kids but didn’t feel like that sadly.

Bowling great but got sick from pizza
My son and two friends met up at the alley and enjoyed the bowling. However, two of them shared a pizza and they both suffered sickness and diarrhoea that kept them off school the following day.

Offer good value for money
Bowling was good with the offer of pizza and 1 hour bowling for £36, but 2 of us are gluten free so paid extra for chips - knocked off 1 star for no gluten free option available in the offer. Kids had a great time.

Swindon COVID area... avoid
I honestly don’t know how they managed to make tenpin bowling feel this miserable, but they pulled it off. The place has been “refurbished,” which apparently means cramming in massive seating structures that completely block your view of the lanes and everyone playing around you. Bowling is meant to be social. You watch, you cheer, you interact, not sit boxed in like you’re waiting at an airport gate.To make it worse, the seating areas are divided by huge plastic screens, even between people sitting at the same table. It looks and feels like leftover COVID-era social distancing that no one bothered to remove. Instead of feeling lively or fun, the whole place is claustrophobic, sterile, and awkward. You’re isolated from your own group and totally cut off from the atmosphere of the lanes. The layout kills the vibe completely. You can’t see what’s happening around you, you can’t easily interact with other players, and the plastic barriers just scream “temporary fix” rather than thoughtful design. For a venue that’s supposed to be about fun, noise, and energy, this feels cold, cramped, and uncomfortable. If you’re refurbishing a bowling alley, maybe don’t turn it into a maze of plastic walls and oversized seating that makes everyone feel separated and boxed in. Huge downgrade. Pass for me until... maybe forever.
P.s. After reply from Tenpin you made it even worse. I’d appreciate it if my name were spelled correctly (Tomasz). Now its "-1"star...
