Love Terra's Kitchen - it is a gift I give myself each week!!!

I love recommending Terra’s delicious and creative meals to all my friends. The prep work is minimal,love that all the veggies are already chopped and seasonings included and packaged and ready to go. To be able to have a fantastic dinner ready in 30 minutes is life changing!

I have been using TK for about 5 months now and I love the service. Easy to follow directions and the outcome is consistently delicious even for my very picky eater. There is almost NO waste in packaging material and the plastic containers are all recyclable. This makes them stand apart from others I’ve tried. I highly recommend. Also check out the app it’s pretty good but wish you could select more than one meal at a time.

Menus are unbelievable. Prep time is just as noted on meal placard. Freshness of all products meats. Fish. Vegetables and fruits are exceptional. Shipment process is user friendly. Enjoy the service and meals vet much. Thanks

Terra's Kitchen is great. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because sometimes the weeks worth of food doesn't stay fresh enough for a whole week. Some items would keep longer if NOT chopped already.

Excellent concept, but limited new menu options each week. We love the preparation being done and the number of overall options is excellent. However, new options are too few and, after a few deliveries, I find myself wishing for new choices. Ideally, Tara's Kitchen would follow its rivals and do about 8 new menu options per week, while keeping a large selection of existing options overall.

Love the service! Prechopped food is great making for convenient, 30 min meals. Have enjoyed every single recipe I’ve tried so far but would like to see more diverse recipe options ( hence the 4 stars instead of 5)

Excellent service. We have tried 3 other meal prep services and this is the one my daughter likes the best. I really appreciate the delivery system since I don’t like contributing extra packaging pollution to the world. I now have my kids each cooking dinner once a week. The freshness can slightly be off but that’s a trade off with the convenience of precut ingredients.

Love the food and customer service. Have twice had boxes not arrive in time and they refunded $ but is a bit frustrating as means need to find time to now shop as there isn't food to cook.

Love that most dishes are mostly prepped, making meal time quick! Food comes in easy to read, easy to open packages. There is a good variety of dishes and I like that I can choose to repeat some of favorite meals weekly or as often as I like. I noticed that they are always adding new dishes to try. I love the addition of snacks and side salads/dishes for other meals!

Initially I really liked TK (and to be fair I am still using them so they haven't driven me away). So why am I only giving three stars?

Two things are pushing me away from this service and have me looking to test out other services.

1) Delivery dates. This is a big one for me. They only have a couple options in my area and they are close to or on the weekend. I tend to go out on weekends or if I am home I have time to prep a meal I shop for myself. So getting my food Thursday is not ideal. (and this leads in to my second issue).

2) The freshness of the food items seems to have declined over the time I've been using the service. I look at this as a means to buy three meals to spread throughout the week. However if I wait four or five days to cook one of the meals the produce is often no longer appealing. Whereas if I personally went to the store and selected the same type of produce it would still be fresh that many days later.

On the plus side the recipes I've tried have been very good, the reusable deliver container is nice and seems to work well. They do have a decent selection of recipes.

Food is almost always outstanding. Preparation not difficult. Delivery system works well. Very happy with the experience.

I've been a customer of Terra's Kitchen for over two years now. I started out ordering just the dinner recipes which we love and now I also order many of the snack options like bars, soups and juices and I also do my own meal prep recipes using the protein and awesome side options. My favorites are the asparagus and sweet potatoes that are already washed and ready to cook. The meats and vegetables are always fresh and they've taken care of me when I had an issue with something. I'm a busy wife and mother of three kids so I am so excited when my delivery shows up and I don't have to go to the grocery store.

I have not gotten 3 of my last deliveries. I have contact support and still have not heard back on the issue. We love the food and the service, but If this doesn't get resolved in a week I will cancel my subscription and go elsewhere.

The dinners are really tasty and fresh with excellent selections every week. I love the reusable container, and the way everything is packaged there is very little waste. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 - often when I order side salads they don’t keep more than a day or two, which is disappointing.

My first time ordering from Terra’s kitchen, my first delivery never arrived. I was sent an email to confirm that my delivery would arrive on Saturday anytime between 12-8pm. I was planning on making one of the dinners that night. Instead I ended up having to go grocery shopping on the busiest day of the week. This was what I was trying to avoid in the first place. I was not given a notification that my shipment was delayed and I was basically left in the dark about where my food may be. The fact that there is no communication regarding this matter is very disturbing. There wasn’t even any shipping information online that you can track for yourself.

Another major issue with this company is that there is no contact phone number. If you have any questions or want to get in contact someone, it is all done through email. I’m very disappointed. I was really looking forward to using Terra’s kitchen as they are the only company that pre chops their ingredients and sent their ingredients in the most eco friendly manner. Now I I’m concerned about is if I will even get the food I had ordered.

I really wanted this to work out as their low calorie option appealed to me. However, the first week I was to get my delivery it never arrived. I was not contacted about it which is upsetting as my meal for that evening was to come from the delivery.

The second week the same thing happened. Once again I did not receive a head's up and no attempt was made by Terra's Kitchen to help me feel better about their company. No apology, just a refund.

There is no phone number to call and all correspondence is done through email. This is not how you run a business.

Excellent quality. Relatively easy to prepare. Has definitely expanded my dinner repertoire!

I love the ease of the process and the food is delicious!

Although Terra's staff has been great at offering "store credits" when ingredients are not available or not up to standard, this happens far too often to permit 5 stars. Also, please improve upon the basil, all but one time (for different recipes and salads) it has arrived brown and slimy.
