The meals are delicious, actually 30 minutes or less to prepare, and we even have leftovers sometimes. Excellent customer service, too!

Great Food! Easy to make. Would be 5 stars if did not have delivery issues. However good customer service response and they are troubleshooting my issue.

l enjoy the quality of food, everything already prepared, and the delivery box. The only thing that's not a hundred percent positive is the choices that are repeat every week.

I am happy with the food and delivery. They now require 100 purchase to qualify for free shipping which was not previously the case. Being the only one to eat Terra's Kitchen, $100 per week is too much food and more expensive than taking the time to grocery shop myself. Was happier before this change and found it a reasonable option. It would be good for families or couples interested in eating the meals more than a few times per week.

I have been using Terra’s Kitchen for several months now and the food is always very fresh and most things are chopped and ready to use. As a person who doesn’t enjoy spending time in the kitchen, these meals are very quick and easy and delicious! Thank you, Terra’s Kitchen, for making my life so much easier!

Really great food, fresh ingredients, and most can be prepared in 20-30 minutes. Also love the options for paleo, low calorie, and the ability to supplement proteins and sides.

First order never arrived and found out that it was never shipped. I emailed them to ask about it a few days later and they said it was delayed and that they would just cancel it. They refunded the money. Very disappointing. Received the next week's order. I do like the vessel and I like how all the vegetables are already sliced ready to cook. Some of the food was good, others were ok. The next delivery is delayed again and now is going to ship the next day which according to their FAQ, the food will be possibly not good anymore as it is only good until about 9pm the day of delivery. Very disappointing that their shipping process is not reliable. It didn't even seem like they were too sorry about the 1st delivery not arriving and they didn't offer any additional discounts except to give me my $25 coupon back.

The food is great, the recipes are healthy, and the customer service is above the rest!

I love the wide variety of meal choices,and the reusable/recyclable packaging is superior to other services with excessive amount of unusable packaging. Directions are clear and concise, photos are helpful,but rarely does the end product match the picture-perfect appearance. My husband and I find the portion sizes more than adequate. No leftovers,which we do not need.
The down side:
Some ingredients expire before you wish to use them. Having to substitute an ingredient at the last minute is a PITA, and when I made a comment/suggestion to Terra’s Kitchen about this, I was not well treated.
I found that tightly plastic wrapping the ingredients in the provided packaging often extends the life of what are sometimes highly perishable (arugula spoils in a day).
All in all, it’s a very good service,a good value.

We love the reusable shipping container and the already prepared ingredients. The meals are hit or miss though when it comes to flavor. They aren't bad, just bland a lot of the time.

Our experience started off great, however, over time we began to see a decline in the quality of food. The menu has fewer new and exciting vegetarian/pescatarian options and as a result we have opted to skip a few weeks in the hopes of new menu items. For now, we will continue to skip weeks or cancel all together. It's a shame because the convenience is great, but not worth the price at this time.

Need more days to modify next delivery items.

My favorite thing is the reusable box and coolers. I tried other services but couldn’t get past how much waste there was for packaging! Every week we dealt with giant boxes plus freezer packs plus the food wrapping. There’s only so much time my little family has to run junk to a recycling center, and only so much room in our freezer for freezer packs.
Of course, the food is excellent, fresh, and the meals are so yummy. Ordering and/or changing the meals is super easy as well. TC sends me a reminder each week, and it’s always delivered on time.
The ONLY thing I’d change is diversifying the menu, but I notice that new items are added about every month or so - so TC is working on that already.
This is such a great service for busy families/people. Feeding my family isn’t just the time at the store - it’s looking for recipes, making a list, shopping at the store, taking it home then unpacking and putting away. TC saves my family a minimum of three hours per week! We still run to the store for staples such as milk and some snacks for the kids but we don’t spend near as much time at the store OR the prep/planning time prior to going to the store as we used to. This, in turn, saves us money, which is never bad. I will continue with TC for as long as they do what they do.

Good but starting to get expensive. Delivery used to be free and now there is a fee for delivery and the prices went up on their selections.

Prepped food saves time in the kitchen. Wish TK offered more vegetarian meals, or more variety of heathy vegetarian meals.

I haven't had a bad meal! Everything is delicious and I like that I can skip weeks, it's not all or nothing!

I appreciate the time that TK saves me by doing most of the prep work, and their environmentally friendly shipping vessel is easy to use. Their website could use some upgrades to make ordering easier and they're a bit more expensive than other food delivery services, but I'm otherwise satisfied.

Terra's Kitchen is amazing, the meals are delicious and very easy to prepare. I cook at home now and love it.
