Terra's Kitchen Avis 476

I love everything about Terra's Kitchen, except for the lack of variety. After only a couple of months, I am finding myself burned out on the food. They seem to be trying to add new items, but unfortunately they did that by replacing some of my favorites, or some of the items that I hadn't had a chance to try yet. I'm down to only a few items each week that I actually want to order. It's a bummer because I love the healthy, low-maintenance options with salads and pre-cut fruit and veggies, and I really love their reusable vessel. But I'm quickly running out of things to order from their service. I wish they would add more fruits, snacks, and salads - these are the items that I can't get from other food delivery services, and are what really sold me on TK in the first place. Unfortunately, they are the same few salad, fruit, and snack options every week, and I've begun to grow tired of them.

I have tried EVERY and I mean EVERY food delivery service there is and Terra's is by far the very best!!! From the food vessel delivery to the quality and quantity - you just can't beat it!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would! Plus the website is so easy to navigate and place orders. This company is truly unique and way above the rest. They are the only one with a "cooled food vessel". Everyone else I have tried comes in a card board box with freezer packs. By the time I get it, the box is wet and the food is crushed and mushy. Save yourself the time, headache and money and go with Terra's - YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

The food is great and I love the low- waste fridge vessel that the food is delivered in. I wish there was a phone number I could call Terra's kitchen for order problems or questions. Twice I have needed to contact TK and I had to wait for an email response. The email response was helpful but I had to wait until the following day. Otherwise, I really like TK!

Deliveries are terrific - the vessel is perfect! Menu could be much more varied and change more frequently.

Love this service! Excellent cooler capsule used for deliveries. Keeps foods cold and fresh. Everything is premeasured so it makes cooking the meals so easy. Food has always arrived fresh. Highly recommended.

Love the recipes we have tried so far. I love that clean-up is a breeze. I wish that measurements were in standard measurements (cup, tsp. Etc) and that there was more weekly variety for vegetarians, but it is nice that the recipes are available each week.

Love how there are gluten free and paleo options!

i appreciate the good recipes, the amount of raw ingredients sent is spot on and the recipe cards are easy to follow. recipe rotation is also very good, there's always something new to try.

Great food, easy to follow recipes, easy return of vessel. All around A++

The quality of the ingredients and the recipes themselves are great, I only wish there was more variation week-to-week, as only having 1 or 2 new meals weekly makes it less likely that we will use it multiple weeks in a row.

I recommend it to everyone who eats at home, and I've only ever been disappointed by a recipe twice (as opposed to every other week with other meal boxes I used to receive.) I love how easy the whole process is.

The food arrived spoiled and I emailed and left 2 voicemails and they won't return my call. They apparently got my messages as they cancelled my account . Customer service is awful as you cant speak to anyone....ever. if I could rate them 0 stars I would. Buyer beware!

I wanted to try Terra's Kitchen, and so I placed an order in September 2017. It never showed up, so they refunded my money. Fine. I come home in April 2018 to a Terra's Kitchen box -- yep, the same one that shipped in September sitting on my doorstep. They delivered SEVEN MONTH OLD FOOD. I have called and e-mailed Terra's Kitchen repeatedly and they haven't come to dispose of the disgusting, bio hazard of a box. Terra's Kitchen also hasn't tried to apologize or explain why this happened to me. Terrible service.

I love Terras kitchen. I was hoping for a 4.5 stars option. I love the shipping and that most ingredients, if not all, depending on the exact instructions, are actually prepped. My only reservation from ordering frequently is the cost. Unlike a some other options, the meal process vary depending on your selections. It is a little pricier than other food box options, but I've never had a problem with ingredients being damaged or missing. I will continue to order and recommend Terras Kitchen though because I do love it. I just wish I could order every week!

The food being delivered at my door every week and it coming in it's own little fridge is very convenient! The food is always fresh and delicious. The site is user friendly.I love how there are so many different selections to choose from for an example: how many servings per meal and what type of diet you are are etc. The only thing I would suggest is to have more meals to choose from that are 2 and or 4 servings. My family really enjoys using Terra's kitchen.

I love Terra's Kitchen! I have tried several other recipe delivery services and I find the recipes at Terra's have the most variety, are healthy AND delicious. I keep coming back to favorites and love trying new ones as well. I look forward to having meals ready to prepare when I get home from a busy day at work!
