There isn't a lot of variety. We've had a lot of issues with delivery not being on time to Terra's Kitchen would cancel our order completely. Then scheduling pick up has been a nightmare. The carrier will pick up the empty box then redeliver the empty box the next day; even though the return label is clearly visible.

Great service so far. I would like to see more seafood options. So far I have only seen fish options and there only a few.

Love how many different meal options there are. The pre-washed, cut/chopped produce and pre-measured seasonings cuts down on cooking time compared to other meal prep delivery companies. Having breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks all covered with my weekly delivery has been a huge time and money saver!

I have loved Terra's Kitchen! It makes cooking quick and easy, a very convenient service. The customer service has also been amazing! I highly recommend TK to anyone who likes easy to prepare meals delivered to them!

Good recipes and quality of food. Only complaint is the lack of more steak and beef options. Had more options when we began, but those recipes are no longer available.

I love Terra’s Kitchen. I love that the food is already diced when you get it and the prep to cook is so minimal. The ingredients are also very fresh!

I like so many aspects of Terra’s Kitchen: the recyclable containers; the “vessel” which is picked up and leaves you with no waste material and uses less boxes, packing material and cold packs; and the readily available nutrition information. And the food is fresh and flavorful! My only problem is that the meals are a very generous portion for two servings. They could easily serve 3 portions. I am learning to manage my orders to cope with that.

Love that they use a reusable container to ships the food and love that they take all the prep work out of eating!

The food is delicious and really is a time saver. The only bad thing I'd say is that the menu doesn't change as frequently as other competitors but again the other competitors are not doing all the prep work for you.

Always excellent service and fresh food delivered as promised in an ingenious reusable vessel. Never any difficulty in canceling or correcting a mistaken order. Always prompt, friendly service! Recipes are straight-forward and easy to prepare even if you don't love to cook. Many choices for all palates, continually updated menus.

Pros: Foods are usually very fresh and tasty; vessels are a God-send, other companies don’t recycle as well as TK; instructions are clear and concise; best food delivery kit, and I’ve tried them all; no hassle returning vessel for next day pickup; the pre-prep is very helpful and time-saving.

Cons: Need more variety in meals, can seem boring after a few weeks; most of the offers are too spicy for my taste; would appreciate variety in ethnicity, such as French, German, American.

I love the food and customer service. I only have one complaint but the company ALWAYS fixes the issue. My complaint is that whenever we get something with an avocado in it the avocado is bad. The company ALWAYS helps me and is great to work with. So although it’s a complaint the company always fixes it.

Really friendly and helpful staff- I had some questions and they emailed and then called me with assistance.
I shop for low calorie vegetarian options for my family of four. This eliminated most of the other meal-kit organizations. We've had 12 meals thus far with only one repeat. Food is fresh, healthy, colorful and tastes really good. We order two different meals per week and that really improves our at-home menu. There are often leftovers as the portions are quite generous.

I don't think the "Prep time" is accurate (always takes me longer). Occasionally, the process is involved and I'm glad that I sort of know my way around the kitchen.

I wish there were a way to reduce all the packaging, but I can't imagine how that would work.

The food has been very good and mostly fresh. If there has ever been an issue with delivery they have been on top of it and are very quick and courteous to answer any concerns. The recipes are easy to follow and are a great way to introduce new recipes tot he family.

Great company. I would order more if they didn't have a $72 minimum.

Quick, healthy, and tasty! (But more variety needed). I have tried a number of meal delivery services. The Terra’s kitchen meals stand out for being simple without compromising flavor. They regularly are prepared in the length of time that it says on the recipe card (unusual), and sometimes can be done even shorter! Most importantly the meals are healthy. I’m a working mom with a kid and a newborn and with the reduced prep time of Terra’s, I have still been able to make meals three nights a week. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 (I wish I could give 4.5) is because after 6 months I am finding that I wish there was a little more variety for my somewhat picky family. Some of the meals I’ve reordered 4-5 times.

Pros: The meals are yummy and easy to prepare. I particularly like the delivery method with the cooler and drawers so the items do not get all tumbled around. We chose this service because the food is pre-prepped which makes meal assembly faster and tidier, and because we can skip deliveries so that we only get packages every other week. All of that has been great.

Cons: I am on a low-carb diet and I do not like spicy food. This means that I used up all the meals of interest to me within 2 months. Also in order to see the carb count of a meal before I order it, I have to download the recipe card. Since I usually order on the phone, that is not convenient.

I think two things set Terra’s Kitchen apart from other box meal subscriptions: 1) Package recycling. I am absolutely thrilled to see a reusable container and the convenience of being able to set it out the following business day for pick up; and 2) the convenience of having much of the ingredients prepped. This really reduces the amount of time it takes to get dinner on the table. The one downside is the limited number of choices for meals/recipes

Great recipes with great quality food. Fast customer service!

Easy to follow. Minimum prep needed. Also I love the vessels for delivery so you don’t have to break down card boxes constantly.

Great meals, fast easy dinner. Salads and extra snacks are great too.
