Pros: Customer service is very good; no complaints there.
Cons: The produce is not organic. The quality of the food is average. I've received bad fish and under-ripe produce. There have been items missing from box as well. But in all fairness, they have credited the amount of 'bad' and missing items. Hence, very good marks for customer service.
So, it is a good service with a larger than most selection.

I have been with Terra’s kitchen for about three to four weeks. In that time I have had a few difficulties. I’m vegetarian, I received bacon. We are 4 people, but we have to get two dinners for each meal because they are only set up for two - so we have to double all recipes. I get two recipe cards for each meal - which is a waste of resources.

The food is delicious. It all seems very healthy. Very easy to follow the cooking instructions. I actually lost 7 pounds in two months eating this food and I wasn’t even trying to! Very happy with Terras kitchen.

My wife and I have now tried four different meal prep/delivery companies and will be sticking with Terra's Kitchen from now on. We have even set up our daughter with a few meals per week instead of a bigger meal plan at college - the cost is not much different, the food is significantly better, she does prep with her apartment mates (and has fun doing it), and is learning kitchen skills for post-graduation. We are all loving Terra's Kitchen. Thanks TK.

A great variety of meals. I love that the veggies are pre-chopped! I also love that you can order 4 serving meals, or 2 of the same 2 person meal. These larger meals are great for company!

I've been using Terra's Kitchen for a while now, and I have been extremely impressed with everything about the service. So many options to choose from, and I love that I can add snacks, lunches, etc.. Everything has been very fresh, the recipes have been simple but not boring at all, and much healthier than the other very popular service I tried. And, customer service has been OUTSTANDING. If I have any question at all, I have a reply to my email within less than a day. I had a problem with FedEx delivering the container on it's side, and one time there was some leakage of an item. Terra's was VERY responsive and made things right. I've heard some say they thought the service was more expensive, but I almost always have leftovers, and I've found I'm actually saving money!

A lot less packaging than other services, prepped items, recipes that really do only take 30 minutes, easy website to use, and if something is omitted or damaged, customer service responds promptly. The best kit service I've found.

Our family has tried several meal delivery services, and this is by far our FAVORITE. Here’s what we love:
- low-calorie options
- PRE-CHOPPED veggies (what!)
- the reusable shipping container (no more recycling!)

I really enjoyed getting the food delivered to my door !!! The recipes were fun and I learned new ways of preparing food !!! Having everything chopped and ready to go was super nice after working all day !!! I really liked the refrigerated boxes they sent and that they could be re-used !!! Beats having a bunch of cardboard boxes all over the place !!!

We've been doing the home delivery for a couple of years at least; Hello Fresh, Blue Apron, Plated. TK is easy to manage, quick, and more than adequate on the portion sizes. My wife and I go off delivery once in a while and it soon turns to chaos. Going to the store to shop for food is somewhat foreign any more but with the cold being done we'll be cooking out a lot. Overall an excellent system; deliveries are timely, ingredients are fresh and prepped, it works well for us.

The food options are getting much better and the ingredients already being chopped is a great help for a working/traveling mom. I've found myself very frustrated with the ordering system that allows you to "skip" meals for many weeks in advance (planning is important when traveling) but each week I find the system has reset and I have to remember to go back in and skip if necessary. I've had food ship before that I did not order. Overall the food is good and hopefully the computer system will stop getting in the way of me being confident about the ordering/delivery program used.

Terra’s kitchen is exactly what I’ve been looking for in home meal kits!

Pre-prepped food makes cooking after a long day a breeze - no dicing or slicing, just heat up your skillet and you’re off to the races. It’s the perfect balance between home cooked and I-only-have-so-much-time-in-a-day.

And, most importantly, the recipes taste amazing! The honey roasted veggies are my current favorite. The combo of sweet with veggie is so damn good. Mmm. I’m getting hungry just writing this review.

If I was going to change anything, I wish they’d add the ability to plus up the servings in the meal. That is no real downside in the week though, just me wanting some left overs for lunch the next day. 😊

The food is excellent, the recipes are excellent and easy to follow, and the selection of meals is good. Terra's is a little pricey compared to some of the other meal services, and they use entirely too much plastic. I wish the meals offered changed or rotated a little bit faster, but that is not a big deal.

Delivery vessel is excellent. Meals are great but there's very little variety. It's the same set of 30 or so menus every week.

This is a wonderful service. The food is very good and flavorful and I can have dinner on the table in 30 minutes or less. My husband is even trying different foods since I started getting Terra's Kitchen boxes. The shipping is very easy, everything arrives cold and securely in place in their reusable shipping container. Each food item and recipe card has a matching number on it. Whatever number is on the recipe card is the food that you need from your frig. I more than highly recommend it.

Terra's Kitchen is fabulous. Everything is so fresh, perfect, and packed so beautifully. The vessel is awesome and so easy to open, remove items, close back up, and place out for return delivery pickup.

I had previously belonged to B.A. I was very unhappy with their food quality and weekly choices. Terra's is outstanding. I have never had an error with Terra's, and I have been with them several months now.

One time FedEx couldn't make a delivery on time. Terra's representative jumped right in and handled everything, and issued a credit immediately.

This is an outstanding company. Come and join all of us who enjoy their wonderful food and outstanding service. You won't be disappointed. This is most definitely one of the best choices I have ever made.

We now eat at home every night of the week! Everything sent has been of the best quality and taste, and lasts through the week. They have more meal options than other home delivery services by far. We had 10 weeks of deliveries of 3-4 meals a week before we repeated a meal. We are going to be long time customers!
