The process of renting my Herpetology textbook on their website was very easy and straightforward. Found the book for the lowest price I had seen after researching other sellers. The book arrived a while after but it is in practically new condition!

Purchased a Sociology book on Jan 14 and arrived today Jan 18 4 days later. I didn't receive a shipped email from them but surprised to see it arrive so quickly and in brand new condition.

Received my textbooks in a timely manner. No compliments, very pleased indeed.

DO NOT BUY/RENT FROM HERE. THEY POST THAT A BOOK COMES WOTH ACCESS CODE AND WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT THERES NO CODE. I CALLED THEM UP AND SAID THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO BUT GET A REFUND. MEANWHILE YOU CANT ORDER FROM ANOTHER SITE BECAUSE THE PROFESSOR IS ON YOU FOR NOT HAVING BOOK. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

Found both books I needed for this quarter on this site for way cheaper than other sites. The books arrived in near perfect condition sooner than I had expected. I will definitely be renting here again!

This place was great. They had the least expensive rental compared to other book sellers. The book came in "brand new" condition and it came early so i was able to use it for my class that was coming up on Friday vs waiting the following week. I bought a new book from Textbook Solutions. They were cheaper than any other source I could find online. The book arrived earlier than expected in perfect condition.

Found the book and access code here while everywhere else was out of stock. Opted for the 6.99 shipping charge and it arrived 2 days earlier than expected. My bundle couldn’t be bought used or rented, and was cheaper than other sites and my school bookstore.

I rented a textbook for $31.00 that cost over $200.00 if purchased, and everyone was out of stock, this is the way to go rent it then mail it back before the due date, can't go wrong, this way you are not piling up on textbooks that you will probably never pick up and read it again. Yah Textbook Solutions!

First time placing an order with TBS. Terrible service and idiotic reps. Confirmed immediately via message and phone (same day/same hour) to cancel a duplicate order that was placed. Both reps confirmed cancellation. Lo' & behold, two of the same books were later delivered and I was charged twice. TBS is just looking to get your money and making it difficult / not being responsive when it comes to refunding your order. Shows what kind of company they're trying to run off students.

I have been using textbook solution for a while now and every time I use I fall in love with it but the main thing of concern is that they do not provide instant solutions, therefore, I searched for a new website which provides instant solutions which is "crazyforstudy.com/" it is the best website. both websites are good btw.

Website not working for 2 days. Paid for expedited shipping and have not received the book in time and can't check the tracking number because the side is not working. Spend your money with someone more reliable.
