I returned my books 2 days before they were due I figured things were fine. But then they started charging my account late fees (2 for $6.50 and 1 for $30.00) so I called to ask what happened and the woman told me that because they didn't have my textbook in stock when I originally ordered from them, they had to borrow one from a vendor on amazon. So when I printed my return label from the textbook solutions website, my book was sent back to the original vendor and not textbook solutions so they never received the book. Now they don't want to give me my money back from the late charges that THEY messed it up. Please save yourself and don't rent from this company.

Rented my books last semester. Delivery was fast and return was very easy. Ordered a book for summer class. Initially received the wrong book, but they quickly requested overnight delivery to have mine replaced and sent overnight delivery for me to return the book sent in error. Very helpful and were easy to reach by phone to report the problem.

Would give 0 Stars if I could. I was no longer able to log in to my account conveniently during the time that my book was due to return. I was charged multiple late charges and was told that they were unable to refund me the late fees because I didnt let them know. I tried calling the 832 number listed on their website and no one picks that up. Hours are supposed to be 9am-7pm weekly however no matter what time of the day I called no one answered. I called the college station # and someone picked up after 15 mins waiting. Was told I would be emailed a label since I am not able to login. They did not address the issue about me not being able to login. This place is a joke. You are willing to charge my card multiple times with in a week of the semester ending for late fee but wont address why I am no longer able to login to my account.

Although at first they did not want to give me a refund because their display page was not native to my browser for finding return labels, after the chat team connected with me they found a solution for me. Once asking if there was anything else they could help me with I asked if I could be refunded for being one day late seeing as though I was not near a computer on the day the rental was due ( You can only use a desktop in full screen view to view return labels). Dallas ( a chat associate) spoke to his manner and handled this. I will be coming back to the site!

Any company that can give a giant like Amazon competition will get my attention. My book arrived in a timely manner. The order was accurate. My credit card was not compromised. They kept me abreast of my order. They will definitely be my first choice from now on.

I was a little skeptical to use this website since I had never heard of it before but I’m really glad I did. I found the book I needed (which originally costs like $200 to buy it) for only $25 for renting! It came in really good condition- it almost looked like it was brand new. The only thing is that it did take a week or two to get here so you should order your books as soon as possible if you’re buying online.

I normally ordered my books off of chegg. I changed it up a bit this year and I am not disappointed. Normally my books from Chegg are old and torn up, hi lighted in, notes written everywhere. I got two brand new books to rent!! Never going back to Chegg. Thank you Textbook solutions for your low prices and beautiful books!
