Awful company that have ruined my life for the last 6 years. I got a CCJ for being 1 day late at paying. I contacted In 2021 to ask them if this was a joke and to reverse the action against me, but they were cold hearted and did not want to work with me.

TFS you deserve everything you get. Good riddance.

This company staff need retrained,They do not tell custmers about membership fee when you are purchasing any perfume or aftershave ,They just say you can save money then they pay for your order,Will not give you a paper receipt they send it by email that is when you see you have been charged a extra £15.00 for nothing,
Customer services are just as bad as they say they will refund the £15.00 but do not,
Do not buy from The Fragrance shop as they are more expensive than other retailers.

TFS Loan sharks . I got a guarantor loan from these people 6 years ago. I made payments until I had a injury and was out of work . My guarantor accepted this and made payments . for the last 5 years they have give them 150 pounds per month to pay the loan. this year 2024 the debt was down too just 1900 pounds after them getting 16000 back for the 5000 pound loan i had. We thought that was it when they get the rest of the money were free of them as they have put a charge on my parents house preventing the sale of this house and i think they are after the house as there is no mortgage left on it. because all of a sudden in 2024 they are now saying that I need to pay them 1900 and have put that up to 2200 and its going up more each week they have gone back to ccj for another for the last 1900 against me . its almost as if they are unwilling to let any customers pay off their loans and be free of them . they contacted my guarantor and told them to stop being my guarnator and should not be paying my loan for me . who the hell do they think they are telling my parents to abandon me thats really evil .
These are vile people they are in administration and are making no new loans so its clear to see that when everyone has settled their accounts they are out of a job so would be in their interest to keep our debts going by hook or by crook by any means possible including bullying and commiting fraud
they have lost their way and do not care for the law or for people they are out of business and only exist to collect the remaning debts . when there all paid they are out of a job so .............. we have now had to get a solicitor to take on our case as looks like they are attempting to commit fraud .

Would give a big fat zero refused my payment offer of 150 a month when only working 3days a week.. started a new job years ago at a place and they knew I started work 30+ phone calls all while nect to my boss.. told them I'm a hgv driver and they ring when they know you are driving... funny to say because I couldn't guarantee what I'd walk away with after been caught out by them just going off top line wages.. and now taken me for my second ccj 🤷 they stopped the payments not me... absolutely stay away some loan sharks are a lot better than these scumbags..

This is by far the most horrific company I have ever dealt with!!!! I put in a transfer from my regular bank account at 5am on Wednesday. Called them on Friday to find out when I could access the money to pay bills. She informed me it will be Thursday next week. So now I will have to pay late fees it’s crazy!!!

This company sucks. That's being nice. Highway robbery. System changes stuff and the foreign person tells me I did it. Nope I don't play on this system . It's not easy like others. Cost money to put in and make payments. I have a bank but everyone got they hand out. No wonder can't get a head

I closed my bank account after they claimed the sent my debit card twice which i never recieved. Its been over a month trying to get my money with multiple phone calls still waiting after they claimed the sent out my money . they promise to call back they never did. very unprofessional. i shall have to call the attorney general of my state.

Absolutely disgusted with this company they agree to pay me out for my claim for irresponsible lending and now declare they’ve gone bust, if I was ever 1 day overdue a payment they would stalk me and now they owe me it’s wrapped up in redress claims, furious

It’s has taken 9 months for TFS to uphold my complaint for irresponsible lending after going to the ombudsman, they then agreed to pay out the money owed to me on 9th February 2022 but today apparently they are putting all redress payments on hold as they need to speak to FCA, heart breaking as the money owed was going for my little boys bday, TFS ruin lives!

literally legal loan sharks do not sell you're soul to these people with a loan regardless of you're position it just simply isnt worth it. I will be raising affordability checks. I've never wanted a business to crash and fail as much as these absolutely toxic ruining families lives and friendships since 2003

Submitted an affordability complaint which TFS refused and dragged out over 2 years. Ombudsman ruled in my favour yet TFS have failed to pay out within the 28 days given by the Ombudsman. Now seeking legal advice to recover money through the courts.

Following on from the comments of several others it appears I am in the same boat! I have been awarded compensation by the financial ombudsman service upholding our complaint and i am waiting for money from TFS. I have started a claim online now to take them to court for the money they owe me I certainly won’t be waiting any longer.

Like many we had nothing but trouble with TFS harassment, threats, etc etc when we couldn’t afford to pay. We put an affordability claim in which we won but TFS contested it and it had to go to the ombudsman a second time. well long story short we won again now we get all our interest back apparently within 28 days but I’ll email them and phone them every day just like they did with me!!!!

Made an affordability complaint and they didn’t upheld it. So its gone to the ombudsman to investigate. Tfs loans are the worst. Gave me a loan in 2016 without even checking if I can afford it or not. No bank statements no wage slips. Just did a credit check. And a system expenditure check. Having this loan has made the past 5 years stressful paying a high monthly bill. Y give borrowers a loan that lasts more than 3 year. It’s a joke. Anything can happen. Don’t get me started on there APR🤦🏽‍♀️

Absolutely terrible company to deal with, total harassment throughout a worldwide pandemic! I’ve struggled to make payments and although I’ve been furloughed for nearly a year, Have managed to keep Just about on top of my high monthly payment apart from a particularly bad month I had and could only pay £200 instead of the normal £280. This £80 shortfall has lead to TFS loans persistently harassing myself and even worse, my guarantor! For £80 arrears? Really? I’ve already started to pay bit by bit of these arrears but this doesn’t seem to be acceptable to these “people”
Please, please do not use this company at any cost! There are many other guarantor loan companies way ahead of this company. Unsympathetic customer service and a tendency to make you feel like low life scum! Please look elsewhere before committing to any sort of loan off TFS.

So today I request a statement by email and I have been sent 6 people’s statements (not mine) on email by a very unprofessional individual at TFS. I have contacted the ICO and I will be sending the statement to the customers who’s accounts have been sent out and as such have DPA issues.

This is by far one awful company. During Corvid lock down they chase me relentlessly for payments. I had enough and i pay them all in full because the stress of there bombarding me with emails and treating calls almost push me over the edge. When i paid the balance i was told by Sally they would update my credit file within a few week this didn't happen. I contact them again they gave me some ridiculous excuse that they associates who should have done this didn't but it will be done the 30th July. When i check again this was partly done. They didn't put a Nile balance they couldn't be bothered. They stated account settled but still owning thousand of pounds. How on earth an account can still be settled but still showing a balance. What should be said was account settled with Nile balance. When i spoke to Experian they said they have not seen nothing like this. Bunch of incompetent people who really don't give a crap even when i settled my account they are still causing me stress. Be warned this company will put you in a total stressful state because they don't care one bit about they customers. Lean from my experience do your research they reviews are not great as well be careful when choosing a loan from this company

These guys are a waste of your time. Feed you a load of BS straight from the go. If you have a spare couple of days just to waste then get in touch.. these guys are for you. But to any normal minded person steer well clear. Save up and buy DO NOT use this pathetic company.

Terrible sent an unfair lending complaint in, rejected one day later as it was over 6 years old ( by one week)
Sent to the FOS too have them look over it.
But with emails stating “ we need to run credit check on your guarantor to see how much she can afford” am sure the FOS will see how horrendous these guys are. along with Amigo loans all cowboys and sharks!
